Unregistered Property sold without consent

Unregistered Property sold without consent

My Father had purchased a New flat in Mulund,in the year 1988 in my mother name & allotment letter was issued without giving flat no and 70% purchase consideration has been paid by my father. The allotment letter was not Registered. Now My father expired in 2006 and after 20 Years I have now come to know that the seller of the flat has sold the flat purchased by my father to another builder for redevelopment and new 22 story tower has been built. I have filed suit in High court in 2008. but nothing has moved till yet. I want to claim the refund at present market value of the flat. Please advice. Sincerely, B Tipsy

Allotment of Minimum area under redevlopment of pagdi system

We(My Family) stay in mulund (Mumbai) from last 30 years and our building is under pagdi system. My building is almost 50 years old. The landlord is planning to redevelop (reconstruct) this building. My area of home is below than 100 sq.ft.

In my building there are more than 40 rooms, and area of each room is not more than 300 sq.ft.

I just want to know that after redevelopment of my building, how much minimum area would be alloted to me as per property laws and whether i have to pay for that or not.

Maharashtra Stamp Duty Amnesty Scheme

Two years ago I had applied under the Maharashtra Stamp Duty Amnesty Scheme. My flat was bought between the period 1980-85. I haven't heard from the stamp duty office. What is the status? Does my application still hold? And do I have to re-apply when the amnesty scheme is reintroduced? I have the acknowledgement from the stamp duty office. Thank you

PROPERTY MATTER

Madam / Sir

I have only put the query on 2 occasions and on both the occasions the question I asked was different.

There is no need for anybody to be upset and I am not joking at all

My present query is CAN YOU PROVIDE ME NAMES OF LAWYERS CONVERSANT WITH PROPERTY LAW IN MUMBAI SUBURB OF ANDHERI.

It is a major problem if one has to look for accomodation when one is near retirement age and prices have skyrocketed

Thanks and regards
Nayan

Court case against MTECH developer/builder

Hi,
I am sure lot of people/lawyers here know about MTECH developer/builder. They collected registration money for the properties in and around Gurgaon/Rajasthan but could not develop the properties and the money hasn't been refunded yet.

Lots of people might have filed suits against the builder. I am also one of those who registered in those properties but I am yet to file a case.

Before I file the case, I would like to know others' opinion. Is anyone here impacted also? Do you know anyone else who is fighting the case?

I am also looking for a good lawyer to file and fight my case in Delhi/New Delhi. Please contact me on my email.

Allotment of my parking lot

dear sir,
As my father bought this apartment in 1999 and got it registered in 2000,we had paid full amount for the parking space, intially the builder had sent a drawing of our parking lot as where it will alloted, then in 2001 my father expired, i was not aware of anything, then i came and left that apartment for rent, at that time , the parking space in the drawing was same, later my neighbour in the apartment had a parking space beside me,as due to some misunderstanding between him and the builder, the builder had separated his parking lot in two verticles and named them a different entity, and one was alloted to my neighbour and other to his other client, after sensing something fisshy, my neighbour contacted the builder and threatned to go legally as he had also paid for the parking space, now at that time in 2002 the builder made the changes in the drawing and gave my parking lot to my nieghbour and alloted my nieghbours parking lot to me to be shared with another member, now till date my tenant was not using that parking lot,i did not come to know, as now i have shifted to that apartment,i came to know all these problem,as i have document and drawing with me , how should i go forward, please help me. I may share more details if required, bear on my expression of words.
