I HAD SOLD PROPERTY TO A PERSON NINE YEARS BACK,HE GIVE ME CHEQUE FOR CONSIDERATION.CHEQUE BECOME DISHONOURED . HE TAKEN LOAN FROM BANK ON SHARE CERTFICATES BASIS,I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONSIDERATION ,WHAT TO DO?

your question is ambigous ,you havenot mentioned the date of cheques and date of dishonour and time of transaction. Asper law you can claim the cheque amount within six months from the date of cheque u/s 138NI Act and in civil court within three years of the instrument . your title for become co-operative society member in not in your question , you may again sent the correct question for expert answer. Have you convey the property on which basis ?
Have you descibed the chaque in the sale deed ?
And When your cheque had been dishonoured, what action you have taken against drawer ?
