Is there any provision to attend meetings by a proxy in co op hsg society in Gujarat ??? If yes ,On what grounds a proxy can attend the meetings and how much time, where a property owner has been advised not to attend the for some severe medical grounds???

A is a armed civil services employee and he is the husband of B(60years old daily wage earner). blessed with a son J after two years of their marriage. After the birth of J, A married his congubine P (during the existence of marital relation with B) and blessed with D,S,B and mentioned P in his service records as wife along with the names of J(son of first wife),D.S.K. Later B approached caste elders, then they wrote un registered deed of separation between A and B. B filed Maintenance Case and used to get monthly maintenance through court from the attached salary of A. Again B filed a suit praying to declare her as wife and to direct the armed civil services authority to place her name in records. Said suit was dismissed for default in 2017 (notices not served to respondents). Said A's second wife died 7years ago and A also died in June 2021. Now all the children united and ready to help B to get family pension without any objection.
Recently they obtained Family member Certificate of A mentioning the names of B as well as J,D,S,K from the Tahsildhar concerned
At this stage What steps B has to take
Whether she can restore the suit for declaration and add other Legal heirs
or
Whether it is better file a suit afresh along with all children against the authorities claiming family pension of A or she has to institute a suit for declaration and pray for inclusion of her name in service records as wife and continue family pension showing the children J,D.S,K and the authorities concerned
Plz guide in the issue to serve a poor lady

Hello everyone, I would like to ask whether a practicing advocate earning money through streaming or making videos and uploading them on youtube for monetization and google adsense would be violating Bar Council rules as they clearly say that engaging in some kind of trade, business is liable to have the license revoked and hence might also have action taken against him for non declaration? Thank you.

Hi Sir,
I want to join my society committee as member for betterment of it, there are some group of people to arguing that you are not eligible because your wife are doing property business. kindly suggest as per by laws they can stop me, what legal action I can take against current working committee for defaming me due to my work.

Hi ,Im residing in a cooperative society (registered),comprising of 10 flats total ,the issue is the managing comitee is negligent towards the society .It is not maintained properly ,the secretary doesnt stay in the same building but has rented his flat to a tenant, he doesnt entertain any complaints from members and threatens them of legal consequences if anyone complains to the dy registrar . Most of them are ill informed about the process to be followed .The society doesnt have security guard and some flats have persistent leakage problem ,one or two members told the secretary to look into this matter but hes least bothered to solve their problems .Kindly advise me what should i do so as to ensure a security guard in our society and also deal appropriately with the top floor leakage situation without getting into a legal battle . AND also advise me can he really take legal action against Dy registrars orders with society funds because thatll be a waste of money

Dear sir,
I am Revathi from Coimbatore. Actually my father bought a condition Patta land in 1976 from the person who belongs to same community MBC. Now my father was dead on 2020. We are 4 kids for my father (3girls and 1 son and IM THE ELDEST). My father didn't teach us anything about agriculture and we don't know to maintain after my father's death. Is there any way that we can sell the land with proper registration. That land is the only means of everything for us. We have to sell the land in order to do my daughter's marriage and we are from middle class family. But all the buyers deny to buy the property as it is condition patta land. We were paying taxes without fail till the date. After my father's death we don't know what should we do to sell the land. Kindly please guide me with this. We have a paththaram on my father's name, only kai sitta is we are having. RSR form in my father's name.
Kindly please guide me what should i do to sell the condition patta land with proper registration. And can i sell the 2 acres of mine alone ?

Sir, I have filed a complaint an employee and the department has completed the enquiry and imposed minor penalty. As I have certain doubts on enquiry done, I requested photocopies, enquiry reports, statements, penalty proceedings and details of evidences & witness evaluated by inquiry officer from complainant side and defence side. The Department / Enquiry Officer is denying to give the details. Is there any rule, law to get the sought documents. Kindly advice. I have also requested under RTI, but there was no use.

Also if some member wants to discuss on Co-operative Laws related issues - is it Okey if that member selects Corporate Law ?.
