I wouldn't like to know that what is criteria to get age relaxation for( applying for a new job)central government autonoumous jobs after working in a central govt autonomous institute for more than 6 years as permanant employee and relieved on technical resignation but currently working autonoumous institute not accepting technical resignation and I am working here from past 3 months

I selected a house in BTM 2nd Stage on April 14th and paid a deposit of ₹75,000 to the owner. We agreed on a monthly rent of ₹17,000, and the owner was supposed to provide the rental agreement within 2-3 days. Several issues needed addressing in the house, including leaks in the kitchen sink, a hand washer issue, a geyser replacement, general cleaning, and other minor repairs like door fixes. The owner assured that these would be completed by the evening of April 20th, but nothing was done.
As a result, I decided to cancel the agreement on April 23rd and requested a refund of my deposit. The rent agreement had not been finalized at that time. The owner is now refusing to return the full deposit and has stated he will deduct one month's rent plus ₹1,000 for lawyer fees related to preparing the rental agreement. I agreed to the ₹1,000 deduction, but later, the owner only refunded ₹51,500 and has blocked my contact.
I was asking the total amount of 74K from May. But he is not responding and blocked me.
Please advise on how to recover the full deposit amount.

I had a home loan account with a top-up at 9.4% and 11.6% respectively with UCO Bank. The rate of interest was much higher than normal, so I applied for a loan with Canara Bank, which took over the loan at 8.3%. During the whole process, I didn't inform my previous bank because I had all the documents with me except the List of Documents (LoD). I received the LoD with a letter in one day stating it was for my personal use. Once the loan was disbursed, all the outstanding amounts were paid to the loan account. I approached UCO Bank and explained the full and final settlement. The branch manager behaved very rudely with me, said some unethical words, and told me that if he had known this earlier, he would not have provided the LoD in one day but would have taken 10-15 days. When I asked about the deed and all, he said I was not required and that I could authorize someone or they could give it to the co-applicant. He rejected my application for a No Due Certificate and the deed. I took a letter from Canara Bank where their manager stated to please hand over the documents to the Canara Bank official as they have taken over the loan. The UCO Bank manager didn't accept that and threw the letter. After all this incident, I raised a complaint to UCO Bank's head office via mail and stated about the misbehavior and not providing me with the NOC, deed, and all. I also wrote to close my account and hand over my documents to a Canara official or my father because I would not be available to collect them. The next day they called my father, whom they know, and closed my account but did not hand over the No Due Certificate. For the deed, they started telling that they would hand it only to the owner. When discussed about the authorization letter, they said they would check and inform. It's been a week and I have not received my documents from the bank. I was on leave for three weeks during which I did the loan transfer. Now I am not in my hometown. I am in Chennai and they are not telling anything nor accepting any letter. What should I do? Canara Bank sent an email and letter to UCO Bank about the documents and they are not receiving or replying to it.

Hi I am Preeti working in Ongc. I got married in Jan 2024 and my husband is also in ongc and he has On off duty patter which means he stays at home for 14 days and 14 days in ocean. We have no family support and We want to start our family due to my age limitations. In april 2024 they drafted a policy that If one person is doing on off duty the other person will not get transfereed to same location. Due to which they Put on hold our application of transfer which we submitted in March.
So then we applied for mutual transfer to cambay which is nearby 100km from Ahmedabad.
But they put on hold that application also Although we saw that other people sre getting mutual transfer even who joined after my husband.
The person with which we applied mutual transfer to whom they said you apply with someone else we will give you transfer.
This is has been told by the Chief Hrd which is below the director Hr post.
Now we are thinking of fighting a case about this discrimation
Also my husband belongs to ST category may be this can be also the reason but not sure but clear discrimnation is with us As others are getting mutual transfer

अभी हाल में एक एक्सीडेंट हुआ था मेरे गांव में, एक व्यक्ति ने एक बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति को कुचलकर मार दिया और मौके से फरार हो गया, पुलिस ने गाड़ी को कब्जे में ले लिया था, अब पीड़ित परिवार के व्यक्ति ने एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है और उसमे गाड़ी ड्राइवर का नाम अज्ञात दर्ज कराया है जबकि उसे पता है की किसने एक्सीडेंट किया है , क्योंकि ड्राइवर गांव का ही व्यक्ति है । ये एक्सीडेंट दिन में हुआ था और सब ने देखा था, की गाड़ी कौन चला रहा था, ऐसा लग रहा है की इसमें पुलिस की कोई भूमिका है मामले को लेकर पुलिस ने दबाया है और मोटी रकम ली है । इस मामले में जांच और शिकायत कैसे की जा सकती है और पुलिस अधिकारी के खिलाफ भी कोई शिकायत की जा सकती है क्या ?, और पीड़ित के परिवार को इससे क्या फायदा हुआ होगा। कृपया बताए

Actually i purchased a baccha flat last year from the seller and it was made in i guess in 2000’s and Right now i have the whole chain of the property and and a legal registry papers so is it still considered illegal or legal because it was made in 2000’s
