Hello Friends,
Please give me your valuable suggestion for proceeding in amendment of caste/community registration process.
Here is brief detail about problem.
My community/caste registered under "Rathore Khatriya Samaj" in Gujarat.
But actual it is "Hindu Rathore (Teli) Samaj" which comes under OBC define by central government. Due to mistake of senior community members it is registered as "Khatriya Samaj" which comes under Open category. So now i want to modify the registration of my caste/community.
Can here anybody please suggest me a procedure to amend/alter the details and registration of caste/community?

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Housing Society. Pl let me know what is the rule for allotment of Car Parking space in the society, and under what rule.
Our society has many residences that have more than one open car parking and some have Garages and open car parking. While others are without any parking space.
Can you advice on this please.

My friends mediclaim was tepudiated by insurer saying that disease was pre existing disease and insured/claimant supressed material fact,hence claim file closed/repudiated.In fact there was no any pre exist disease to my friend even there is no any previous record or treatment of any kind of disease,insurer has repudiated a lawfull claim,kindly provide me latest judgment in this regard. Thanks

creation of website/consumer complaint

A contract was effected in between me and a co. for creation of website of my institution for which total amount Rs. 30000/-was paid in advance but even after repeatred written /oral requests co. has not created/prepared/launched my webside & finally demanded Rs. 20000/-more for creation of website,now i have hired services of another co. which has prepared/launched my webside some day prior.Ultimately i filed a consumer complaint,which was dismissed as withdrawn by me bcoz presiding officer suggest me to file this complaint again with proper pleadings bcoz as per my complaint & facts website was for the commercial use,plz suggest me how i can amend my pleadings/complaint. plz guide.With Regards
