residential welfare association fraud

i purchased a dda residential land and construct it for my family resident now i am going shift there but there few people who living there from past 10 year have made a residential welfare association of my pocket 7 they demand rs1000 for membership and rs 200 p.m. they demand this money against the salary of 3 chowkidar which appx 2500pm each and the doors for security purpose close street .it s ok it beneficial for me but there is 400 kothis in my pocket so calculation is 400*200 =80000 plus 1000 for membership .there only appx 10 door in street fix by them which will be 80000/400= 200 per kothis and salary of chowkidar 7500/400=20 per kothis i hope u understand what i want to say. i want your valuable advice before strictly say no to them. is any legal or any other obligation is imposed on me if i say no to him because other neighbour dont bother of it.but i want to save my hard earn money.

1) Joy Auto Works Versus Sumer Builders (P) Ltd & Anr 2009 (4) SCC 691
ii) Tulip Park Cooperative Housing Society Ltd Versus Sai Overseas Import & Export AIR 1999 SC 3665

Being a caveator before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, I want to give certain pages of the proceedings to the Hon'ble Court hearing the matter, which the appellant has deliberately not filed.
How, can these be brought to the notice of Hon'ble court in support of my case?
i)ie on the date (how will I come to know?) when the appellant is heard for admission of his/her SLP ?
ii) If not when and how ? I shall be grateful if in detail I could be informed so as to get justice, including the format by which Hon'ble highest court of the land will accept.

Listing of advocate as a director in a commercial firm

I have recently been enrolled with Bar Council of W.B.Prior to that I was working as a Manger in a pharmaceutical company. Now when I have enrolled my self as a lawyer,I am perhaps not eligible to work in the firm as a Manager. The company however does not want me to leave it and so I have been offered the post of a Director on the Board of Directors with the responsibilities of a legal advisor/solicitor.They will be paying me for the same. My question is whether can I accept the post of Director in the company and if so can it be considered as a misconduct by the bar council. Kindly guide. This is very urgent. adil
