We four students filed a condom against TNPSC and my lawyer asked 25000 per Candidate and we accepted it. TNPSC moved for appeal on writ petition and the case was dismissed by judges on first hearing itself (note.we received appeal notice on the same date first hearing and none of us signed vakalathu notice itself) that day evening I called my advocate that I got a letter from TNPSC as they went for appeal lawyer replied appeal case was dismissed on first hearing and you have to pay Rs15,000 for each candidate for attending your appeal? My condom case is in his hand what shall I do? Please guide me

A boy had applied and taken admission in a degree college but classes have not yet started. In the meantime, he got an admission opportunity in a better college and has admitted himself there. Now, the Principal/Head of the previous college refuses to refund the admission amount paid. Several entreaties have borne no results. I remember Supreme Court/High Court ruling in such a case but cant locate the judgement. Please advise.

Is Agarwal caste considered as Same as agrahari-vaishya for enjoying benefits of OBC category for reservation in jharkhand?can a person belonging to Agarwal caste claim reservation under agrahari-vaishya?
P.S.-Agrahari-vaishya comes under OBC in both state and central list.

Sir, i've loan from mpokket of the amount of 10000rs they provided me the loan but the agreement links was thrown as an error they doesn't shown any agreement but making us to accept that agreement for money urgency after im accepting then they are sending loan agreement to the mail sir im in with some severe health issues i payed as much as i can but my condition physically, mentally, financially so bad to repay the amount but after reading that agreement it was making so tensed please help us i cannot pay that amount in the present situation
Now they are sending legal notices from Delhi high court i aksing me to pay 15500 immediately
