Hi All,
Just wanted to know if anyone has the judgement copy which says that students who have passed on or before 2005 in Kalinga University is valid. Kindly help urgently.

WHAT EXAM TO BE GIVEN TO BECOME A REGISTERED DEED WRITER IN WEST BENGAL AND WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO GIVE EXAM. CURRENTLY I AM PURSUING COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE AND I WISH TO BECOME A OFFICER IN REGISTRY OFFICE, WHERE I COULD BECOME A DEED WRITER DRAFT AFFIDAVIT AND DO ALL LAND RELATED WORKS SUCH AS MUTATION, CONVERSION OF LAND AND REGISTERING OF LAND UNDER WBLR ACT .
SO WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BECOME SUCH OFFICER IN WEST BENGAL.

This is something new query.
I did my MBBS from mumbai where I signed a service bond, but after completing my MBBS I went for my post graduation in other state. And I had signed a 3 yr service bond for PG in this state also.
Maharashtra govt gave a period of 6 years to complete PG. now I have completed my post graduation and want to know that by law n rules which service bond I should complete first ?

Respected sir/madam,
I have completed my MS general surgery from pt jnmmc Raipur and I am bonded to work for 2 years in rural areas.. if I get selected for higher studies (super specialization) in middle of these two years, will I be allowed to persue higher studies and then come back and serve remaining bond?

is any BCI rule or notification on this? If LLB graduate, after becoming advocate, can he work as a Patent agent ( Patent Act -1970, u/s 125 ) and Advocate?

My brother in law get selected in govt. Job....in 2013 as a doctor..fir is lodged against him (420..467.468) in 2011 ....and case come in court 2014. When he selected than during police verification he conceal information about fir....becoz case came not in court. Case is pending now....and his government job is running.....what will happen in future if department know the truth.......what is possibility

I applied for central govt job and it took two complete years from exams to appointment, during this period i completed two years out of my three year graduation course (in Uttarakhand) . I have joined the department recently(in meghalaya) , can i continue my graduation course (it being regular). Can i get a leave witnout pay for this period or can i only attend the exams?
