Gd evening,
do the enrollment get cancelled if a lawyer is under non practice after perusing his law degree? if so, how many years can he be set without practicing?

am borrowed the educational loan 2009-12 from SBI,its transfered reliance ARC & already running case in Melur subcourt against me & SBI.
But last few months Reliance contact me says come to OTS payment for rupess 83000 thousand from principal of 1,32,000. And am ok they send OTS agreement.
In this OTS agreement letter in the para of terms & conditions
I)Any litigation if any pending against Reliance ARC or SBI on the captioned loan account shall be withdrawn within 7 days receipt of this sanction and same shall deemed to be withdrawn as against Reliance ARC or SBI.
Ii)please note that in case of failure to comply with any aforesaid terms & conditions we shall be at leberty to revoke our sanction to the said OTS and thereupon all concession,waiver granted to you,shall deemed to canceled withdrawn any further notice.

I am pursuing mba which will complete on March 2019.
My ssc cgl auditor post's joining is about to come by march 2018.
I would have completed my 1st year of mba by then. Can I get extension by ssc for 1 year to complete by mba and then join ssc cgl post ? Please guide. I am ready to sign any bond that after mba i will join auditor post.

Can I discontinue from my college and join another college I. E. From 1st yr current college to 2nd yr another college is it possible..

Sir I filled the form of DSSSB and by mistake on the time of registration I fills my father's name wrong.
Please help me sir what should I do now.

My caste name is blank on my transfer certificate.College said that you need to correct this from previous college you studied then college will give you new TC with caste name included.In my previous college transfer Certificate ,caste is not mentioned.I am so worried and confused about it.I don't know the procedure to correct the tc.Please help me.

I joined the central government when I was in last year of graduation. After completion of graduation I applied to another state and central govt jobs. Fortunately I got selected in a state govt job. Will they declare my degree invalid? What should I do?

I'm a final year student of B.Tech Enginnering course, I got a job offer from a company which was brought for campus recruitment drive by the training & placement department of my college. The company demands me to join at a place out of my residing state by next week of this month. My final year semester is after 5 to 6 months. College HOD (Head of Dept.) and TPO (Training & Placement Officer) are telling me verbally to go and join and they will allow me to appear for my final semester exam which is going to be held on May/June as this had happened for previous year candidates also. What should I do??... I am very upset regarding taking the correct decision. Another thing is worrying me that in future after any investigation if it is found that I was not present in classes or fulfilled attendance criteria (to appear for last semester) of UGC or my University ..will my whole 4 years B.Tech degree be cancelled?.. I need your help.. With warm regards.

Education loan repayment
sir, I have borrowed education loan about 2.5lacs in march 2013 . my engineering has completed in july 2016 . Bank manager called me to pay the loan .I am a poor student and accommodate by home tution. I requested him that i will repay the loan after my joining in (march-april 2018 tentatively ) .BUT he told me that you have one month to start repay and if not so, you will be in trouble if your name is taken into mpc/mpi( i don't understand the term according to new NPA's law) . sir please explain how can i retard two to three month of repayment.
