I'm practicing chartered accountant in Bangalore and now I passed LLB exam by Karnataka Law University.
As per ICAI, membership is separate from practicing. A member who wishes to practice should apply for Certificate of Practice [COP] initially, then he can perform attestation function.
I wish to continue with CA profession only.
My question is that, can I become bar council member without surrendering my CA COP?
cleared my LLB 3Rd year in this year may 2016,
Now whats the date and process for Bar council exam 2016?
Please help.
I want to know about the rules of Two degree courses in the same time which is B. Ed in regular mode and M. A. in distance mode. Can I show the B. Ed (regular) with M. A (distance) degree in same time which was completed in same session for my job application?
Hi,
I am Computer Engineering student and at the end of my final semester. We have projects to be delivered as a part of semester. These projects are sometimes tough and based on technical papers published on reputed websites like (IEEE.org) and for that usually almost all the student take help from some software/development firm.
I had also contacted one such firm who promised me lots of things like delivery on time, complete technical paper implementation, changes till project end, report preparation and documentation etc.
That firm initially didn't start my project on time and when I complained they started working at very last moment when my submissions were near.
I almost paid 80% of the fees and what I got in return is some false algorithms implemented in a very improper way. Copied code from online materials which is not even related to my project and Quality of the code is no where near good.
I really feel cheated and I have asked for the refund of my money because it had now cost me my semester and my project was delayed and I have to re-develop entire project. This has affected my career as well as I've lost a semester.
I am not sure where to go for to launch a complaint about this as I am not getting my project developed anymore and not getting my money back either.
Please help.
Thanks,
Respected sir I was a candidate for sbi po pre exam 2016 for which I had paid an examination fees of rs.600 to ibps. During the 1 hour exam conducted in an engineering college in nagpur my exam session expired for 3 times in an hour due to which I was disturbed and could for give the exam up to the mark. I was also made to sit on another system after that. All this happened during that 1 hour time due to whixh I lost my concentration and was disturbed. Consequently I failed in the pre exam and hence I would not be able to appear for the mains. Please guide me in this regard weather I should file a complaint in the district consumer court and seek adequate compensation. Also please guide me on how to determine the compensation for mental agony caused to me and opportunity lost. I also intimated ibps, the organisation which conducts the exam in this regard but it was of no use. Please guide me in this regard.

Sir,
Supreme Court has recently ordered appsc and tspsc separately to conduct gr1 2011 exam and declare the results with in 3 months, judgement was released on 29th of June, almost one month passed but no news from both appsc and tspsc. This is the second time supreme Court is issuing orders to reconduct the exam. But the psc s are nt acting accordingly. If again they fail to reconduct the exam, whether supreme Court has constitutionally any power to impose/take action against PSCs or governments in power against the same issue. Or this will be continued like supreme Court ordering and these PSCs neglecting?? What is the solution?
Thanks

Registration under bar council
hello..
I(general quota) graduated in the year 1997 with 43% marks.
In the year 2012, I took admission for LL.B. program from one college in U.P. which is affiliated from MJPRU university.
This year I completed My LL.B.
As per rules of the university, the candidate from general quota must have 45% marks in graduation to take the admission in LL.B.
But my marks was 43%. Still the college has given me the admissiion.
Query..
Will it create any problem to register under Bar council.
If you can provide me the judgment regarding that which says that if any student is having less marks and still got admission in the university and completed the course, it is the fault of university, why should the student suffer.(Delhi high court OR supreme court judgment)
