my name in matriculation certificate is Rishika Tiwari and in intermediate it is Kumari Rishika Tiwari. So in the graduation degree my name is mentioned as Kumari Rishika Tiwari.I applied for a banking competitive exam and in notification it was mentioned to write name as mentioned in matriculation. I did so.I have qualified in the exam.now in document verification procedure I may be rejected due to mismatch in the degrees. Kindly guide be.what must be done and how much time it will take.

I am CA Final Student. I have completed articleship and also have received article completion certificate from ICAI after submission of form 108. Now my Principal telling me to come back for two month, for which i m refusing, otherwise i will file complaint against you that you have taken on-paper completion only and practically two months are still pending which should be regarded as extended period. I want to know whether he will succeed ? or Am I safe by virtue of receipt of article completion certificate ? Pls help.
When i was in 11th class my age that time was 16 yrs and 8 months i indulged in fight at tution and other guy went to police station with his father and sho called me and my father after inquiring . He let me go with in 30 mins but the constable put my name in register and now its been 10 yrs and no summon or trail or anyone one from police called me .
