I Direct come to point I born in Andhra Pradesh 1995 in house , my parents have no idea about Birth certificate. My family moved to Chennai I completed my schooling and now am doing 3rd yr in BE. Now I need birth certificate to apply any type exams. Pls Sir give me solution my future depends on it

Sir,
I have my father's house in lal kuan, chipyana gautam buddha nagar district up for nearly 18 years. But the native place is in bulandshahr up.
I have been applying for the obc non creamy layer certificate for nearly 4 times and each time my application has been rejected by patwari of chipyana village. When I called him he simply used to deny saying that he won't make it and to get it made from bulandshahr itself.
Now for the 4th time I talked to tehsildar dadri for this and he told me to get my caste ascertained from bulandshahr and gave a letter addressed by his own name to tehsildar bulandshahr requesting him to do the verification.
I personally went several kilometres to bulandshahr to get the job done.
Now when I again applied ,thinking that now it will be done, my application was rejected.
When I talked to Tehsildar dadri asking him why it is rejected, he talked to patwari who told him that how he knows that I am from the given caste.
Now patwari says that I go to bulandshahr tehsil again and get some letter number for record and contact the patwari of my native village to get this done.
It has been a troublesome experience for my parents who are quite worried about it and also for me as a student, who has lost so much of crucial time running from one office to the other .
Sir, What do laws say about this and how do I get my work done now?
PS: My father is in defence forces below Colonel so income criteria doesn't apply.
Please guide.

brief facts..
A and B were digging drain on X and Y land.
X and y refused for this.
Thus, A and B started abusing X AND Y.
In the meanwhile the family members of A and B namely, Aa,Bb,Cc also came carrying Lathis, bamboos.
all the persons Aa,Bb,Cc along with A and B, attacked upon X and Y.
X and Y were stabbed and were made dead.
A,B,Aa,Bb,Cc, also attacked and injured the family members of X and Y.

Hiii everyone.
My query is regarding the insurance policies. If a transportation company hires a truck from a person/compsny, is there any provision regarding insurance of the vehicle that is hired that the company(hirer) have to pay some amount for insurance of the vehicle, or in case of accident what amount should be given by hirer to vendor and in this case what would be the role of insurance.

My surname is Walia which belongs to Kalal caste. So I have applied for OBC caste certificate under the caste kalal which comes in centre list of OBC for Madhya Pradesh state at serial no. 38 and it has been issued by the authority also. On the basis of thst certificate I have applied for government bank jobs and used this caste certificate with no issues and I have been selected for IDBI bank. Now I went for IDBI documents verification on 2nd may 2016 and my OBC certificate date is 29 April,2015 ;which is more then a year older; so they asked to submit a fresh OBC certificate. So i applied for a fresh OBC certificate but this time SDM denied me of issuing the certificate stating the reason that Sikh does not comes under OBC and walias are not kalal. Since my parents doesnt have OBC certificate, I am the first one to have the certificate. So what could be done in this case ???

Doubt weather fir or nc is lodged or not
When i was in 11th class my age that time was 16 yrs and 8 months i indulged in fight at tution and other guy went to police station with his father and sho called me and my father after inquiring . He let me go with in 30 mins but the constable put my name in register and now its been 10 yrs and no summon or trail or anyone one from police called me . So i want to know if an fir had been lodged against me as i have to undergo character verification for job
