Dear Experts,

I am CA Final Student. I have completed articleship and also have received article completion certificate from ICAI after submission of form 108. Now my Principal telling me to come back for two month, for which i m refusing, otherwise i will file complaint against you that you have taken on-paper completion only and practically two months are still pending which should be regarded as extended period. I want to know whether he will succeed ? or Am I safe by virtue of receipt of article completion certificate ? Pls help.

Your Principal can't justify falseness of his earlier certificate for completion of articles. His complaint can rebounce only on him and his integrity can be doubted, as if he issues false completion certificates under his signatures.
