Conversion of proprietory company into pvt limited company

Can you please advise for the procedure for conversion of proprietory company into Pvt Ltd company and how to transfer the immoveable assets of the firm to the company and stamp duty involved on this . Suppose the firm valued its business and raise good will before conversion, can it be carried forward?

Early reliving from company

I am working in cognizant Company as since last 3.5 years . I have got an apportunity in other company with good package .
As per cognizant policy I have to serve notice period of 60 days and I still have 19 pending leaves . If these leaves are adjusted then I can easily get freed on 6 of March .
Accordingly I had spoke to my team leader and manager but they are not accepting anything and denying for my early relief .
Pls advice me what shall be done coz I want to get early relief at any cost on 6 of March 2020.
Pls advice as it's an urgent issue .

in the year 1979 non registration partnership firm NAMELY XYZ & CO, DO ACTIVITY OF LAND AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION with partner A,B, and C,, in the year 1991 reconstituted partnership and D/E/F PARTNERS ADMITTED AND LATER PARTNER A/B/C ARE RETIRED, IN 2001 FIRMS REGISTERED IN REGISTRATION OF FIRM IN NAME OF XYZ & CO.. NOW THERE IS DISPUTE FOR PROPERTY MATTER, AND AS PER RESERCH FOUND THAT IN REGISTRATION OF FIRM FORM A, AS PER COLUMN (F) DATE ON WHICH EACH PARTNER JOINED THE FIRM, THERE IS NO NAME OF PARTNER A/B/C AND THERE ADMISSION DATE OF 1979 . Hi All,

I want an advice on below event sequence -

1. Joined an IT MNC in Bangalore..
2. Assigned task.
3. Found infeasible apparatus / hardware , hence informed to superiors.
4. They asked and push to work on same hardware with help of support provided by vendor.
5. I was not able to complete task due to that hardware.
6. Manager ask other teammates to work on same task, not done.
7. Then manager ask experts from other location , they too were also not able to done same task.
8. Manager rated me with low rating.
9. On this ground other department started Performance Improvement Plan.
10. In same none of the task were assigned. They mentioned misleading task.
11. Then they incorporated comment of the task which has never been assigned.
12. They included the comment of denied , (without providing any resource in denied task) ,applicable date range task without any communication.
13. Based on misleading and out of applicable date range task comments they provided "Unsatisfactory".
14. Based on Unsatisfactory they are asking to put down papers.
15. I shared all above facts with supported proof , but they are ignoring all and asking me to resign.
16. Old manager is asking you need to manage. , I can not do anything as long time of a year has passed. Nothing can be done.
17. I written to Ombud department , they said, they didnt find any violation. They can not review the last rating as a year approximately has been passed.


For all above i have enough evidence to supported.

My question is with the name of one year back how they can deny to upgrade with name of policy ? Directly this become the exploitation, harassment, blackmailing with name of compliance etc etc. How they they can do same with name of policy with an employee ?

Now HR is daily troubling with different tactics. I do have all mails to support all above.

Kindly suggest what can be done legally to make all correct ? My job is in risk. I have not resigned till yet.

Haven't received number and rc of my vehicle.

I have bought a TVS scooty about 3 months ago. Its billing and insurance is done, but it's registration number and RC is not being provided by the showroom. Fcra registration

Our society is registered in july 2019. Previously it was run as an AOP and doing charitable work duly recognised by collector of the city. Now our FCRA registration is denied on the ground that our society is new and it is not 3 years old. I have gone through FCRA Act, in the Act, it is written that applicant organisation should work for reasonable time in charitable activities. Now my view is our society is old but we have registered it in july 2019. What is your suggestion and solution?
