Mohammedan Law of Inheritance

My unlce who passed away without leaving a will Behind, and has one daughter. He also has 5 sisters who have claimed thier shares as there is no will as residuaries. Out of these 5 sister 3 sisters are foreigners, two British and One Canadain. Does a Foreign national have any right on my uncles property. Thank you.

sir
can any consumer file a case on any company at delhi , if the company is not based at delhi and supplied something at delhi, the company is at banglore, as i think the juridiction is at the place where the company is based, if this is right and if someone files a case at delhi and the consumer court has taken cognizance what is the remedy?

Direction to defendant

In a suit for grant of perpetual injunction against the defendant restraining from interfering with the possession, while dismissing the temporary injunction, having come to the conclusion that the petitioner/plaintiff failed to prove his possession and the respondent/defendant had established his possession and had been making construction in the SSP by obtaining valid permission from the competent authority, Whether the court can direct the respondent/defendant to give an undertaking to demolish the structures raised by him, if at ultimate trial the plaintiff proves his case?
