before marriage the name of my wife was POONAM SINGLA and after marriage we have change her name to POOJA JINDAL. Now pls guide how can we change her name permanently for all offical and legal purposes.

a relative of mine expired fews days ago he has written a will but not declared among his relatives,now all are fighting the property
and the person donot want to declare the will now so what to do and suppose the other relatives sue in the court,so it is better to produce the will in the court afterwards
what are the consequences could be faced!!

Respected Sir,
This is john here. I'm a software engineer. Last year i joined a reputed MNC name as "x".But i was there only for one month.I got a good offer from another leading MNC "y".So i joined the new organization"y".In my previous organization "x" i applied for 1 month of sick leave. It's got approved. After 1 month i called to HR & inform them that i need 2 more months leave. The HR asked me to fax the medical certificate. But i did not send & put down my resignation letter to the company "x". After 2 months i got a call from 3 rd party that they are conducting exit interview on behalf of company "x" for those are not gone through normal exit process.The exit interview was telephonic. After that i did not receive any call.The company did not send any letter . When i joined company "x", i submitted my prior experience letter. Now i joined new organization. My concern is that does the company "x" will inform to my prior company. I did not show any experience of company "x". Concern is only for my previous organization.From my previous organization i got proper releiving letter.does it create problem in reference check . Please clarrify it.

In India, the chancellor of each university is the Hon' ble State Governor.
But why they give their approval to start educational institutions under the unviersities with inadequate facilities & approval from the educational bodies such as Medical, Nursing council of India. AICTE etc.
Why the Chancellor,vice chancellor put their signatures on the MOU.
If the colleges either fail to meeet the approval with in the time limit, who will take the responsibility ?

Sir,
My wife gave on Live Licence of our flat in Kolkata to one of my old friend's wife with Rs.8000/pm as licence fee & Rs.40000/ as security deposit (for 11 months).
The 1st month's Licence Fee along with the Security Deposit was paid to my wife by Cheque. The Cheque was issued by my friend from his A/c. in favour of my wife.
My wife has returned the Security Deposit by Cheque to my friend & not to his wife. Will this amount to return of the deposit to the Licencee ? or not ?

Whether a C.A. using computers can carry out his professional activities from residential premises. Whether BMC or Electric utility can levy commercial taxes and whether society can object to such user. I belief that there is supreme Court judgement on this point that professional carrying out professional activities from residence is not commercial activities. Give citation of the s.c. judgement.

A PERSON TAKEN A AGENT FROM A COMPANY AND PAY SECURITY DEPOSIT NOW THE COMPANY TERMINATED HIS AGENCIES..NOW REFUSE 2 RETURN DEPOSIT MONEY..AGENT IS IN A PLACE AND COMPANY BRANCH IN B PLACE.. AGREMENT WAS MADE IN B PLACE..BUT THERE IS A AGREMENT THAT ANY DISPUT COME MEANS PERSON CAN ONLY SUE IN CHENNAI...WHETHER ANY PROVISION 2 FILE CASE IN A PLACE

Dear sir/madam
its been 10 yrs of the marriage of my sister abonded by her husband living with my parrents.
1.My sister was married on may of 1999,to a govt. school teacher in BANDA District of UP. and we are leaving in Sidhi District of MP .every thing was fine with two to three months after that her in-laws started torturing her demanding more and more, we started fulfilling their demands but their demands never stops and they started torturing more and more.
2. even they were not allowing my sister to talk my parants and thrented to kill my family members if she could open her mouth.
3.one day we anyhow got a news that she is very ill and they(in-laws) dont have money to take her& treat in hospital, so my parants went there and started weeping after seeing her. my sister was so weak and was in a state to die. my parants took her bring home. after treatment of 9 months she recovered.
4.after that they(in-laws)started looking for another girl,after geting this news my parants wanted to lodge a complain in near by polis station where my in-laws live but went in vain because they got the news and thretend my father. so my father come back lodge a complain of the dowary and torture of my sister in our hometown polis station. but till now nothing happen just because of inter state marriage.
5.we also got to know that before leaving my sister they(in-laws) took her sign in a plain paper by force.
6.after a lot of court notice they never tourned up and sent a court notice of settlement.
7. at first we lodge a complain of dowary and torture but nothing happen, then we lodge a complain to give financial assistance still nothing happen.
kindly advice me what to do next because now they are thretining over phone to my parants, i am also unable to help my parents because i have left my job and looking for a job.
