Rti act - misuse of information obtained under

Recently some interested parties asked for the building permits and the backup documents filed by a charitable organisation to the local Municipality. Among the documents so obtained, was the copy of a land tax receipt of year 2016-17. This tax receipt copy was used by these parties to pay the land tax for the charitable society's land for 2017-18 with malicious intent. The criminal action has been reported to the police.

Does the RTI act prevent such criminal misuse of information obtained under the act?
What legal remedies are available to those affected in this manner, i.e. the misuse of RTI information?

I have been disowned from the property.

Issues: #Domestic Violence, #Property Issue
Property: 42 Square Yards, 4 Floors, All under Parent possession, Self Acquired not ancestral.
Document: Power of Attorney

I have been always a unwanted child for my parents. Emotional abusive situations, Physical Abusive situations were happening with me before marriage. Only younger brother used to get all the attentions. I was under depression and managed somehow my life to survive in this family.

Strong Points:
a. I had a fight with mother after 3 months of marriage and Due to some arguments I ended up shouting on mother. My younger brother slapped on my face due to heated arguments in the family. He shouldn't have done like this because parents are there to take action.

b. I left my home as I was told to separate my kitchen on my dedicated separated floor. I thought these family issues will happen again and again I thought this is not the right place to live.

c. Parents has legally disown me from the property under younger brother influence.

d.. He (My Brother) abused me and slapped me that’s why I left home as I wanted to stay my wife safe. Now I have been blessed with daughter and it would be difficult for me to survive on Rent when I have my parent home available.

e. He calls me and threatens me and abuse my wife and daughter (Newly Born: 27th August, 2017) and say don’t try to come at home as he has done everything to keep me out legally.

f. I am living on Rent with my Wife and Daughter and I want my right. I want to stay in that home.

g. Grand Father already lodged complaints many times in the Police Station for Domestic Violence with him.

h. He (Younger Brother) influences mother to do everything and she does it. Dad doesn’t rule; Mom Rules.

i. All relatives are on my Mother side.

Please show me the way.
Now I have been facing difficult issues living outside home as my Job is also not safe. No financial support

Prayer for perpetual injunction order

Dear Sir /Madam, greetings of the day !
There was an existing state high way with a total of132 feet width; the State Govt & Central Govt has taken a decision to upgrade such highway to National Highway. The state Govt. wants to upgrade to NH to avoid burden of laying and maintaining the present road.

Due to which, the National High way Authority of India (NHAI) wants to design by pass roads for certain towns and through certain lands owned by private farmers. The farmers are not willing to give their lands to the Govt (NHAI) for designing the Bypass road since it is only their livelihood.

Certain agents of the NHAI & private parties entering the farming fields without any intimation to the concerned land owners and laying stones and laying peck marking and surveying through the lands. The farmers are finding difficult to resist them. Presently the farmers are frightened about their lands and livelihood they earn through the farming. As such there is connectivity between the starting and ending point of the proposed road project.

Is there any judicial remedy(perpetual injunction order through WP or PIL or both ) to stop the said by pass road project and confine the NHAI to the present existing 132 feet road without disturbing the owner ship of the farmers in the proposed by pass project.

Your valuable opinion is deeply appreciated. This would help the farmers to avail legal remedy and further help the farming community to lead their farming to earn their lively hood .

With best regards,
-moinuddin
