1. Is section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 compoundable, (if yes with/without the permission of the court ? Quote if possible recent citation of the Supreme Court on this matter. - Urgent reply needed.
2.Can the court force the complainant to compromise the case under section 138 N.I.Act, 1881 (Criminal complaint) if the accused agrees to pay of the amount involved by virtue of cheque, at a stage after the service of summons failed, after the warant of arrest fails to get executed, but before the process of proclamation is UNDERWAY ? If answer to the above said question is in the affirmative then, please quote the relevant textual matter,and recent supreme court citation on this matter, immediately, urgent reply NEEDED.
3.Please quote relevant judgements of the Apex court (preferably) on this matter, any recent judgement will be highly appreciated in this matter.

Once raj Thakre arrested and produced before Kalyan court. One of his advocate pronounced as and i quote that state govt. has also filed some CR complaints against Raj Thakre.
"CR complaint" is also mentioned as suggestion in reply of my one of the my query.
I hv asked my colleagues abt this they hv no idea and from that time I m searching for this word please sir

respected eperts,
an N.B.W is pending on my husband on dowry probhition act he is still upscanding from last four years, and till date he did not attend the court, the case is stil pendinging in the court, every time for court my in-laws are coming last time the honerabel judge asked my father-in-law about my husband he said that my husband is in u.s.a then honerabel judge asked him to bring him on next time compulsery and the date was given for the month of feb, now my-in-laws are sending so, many mediaters and forcing me to take back the N.B.W and the case,for that iam telling no to everyone, i even suggesting them to bring my husband into picture,the mediaters who are coming in between they are not listioning to me they are forcing me a lot, but iam geting mentally disturbed a lot. they even telling that no court will give me justice.when case is runing in the court can other party can do force like this?if no. the what kind of i can take on them
pls suggest me......

actually in one of my case the husband took defencive measures like fake complaint against the wife in her office/department, to ACP, to CAW cell and also a sec-9 application.

Sir,
I have handed over a chaque to Mr X, and after dishoner of the said chaque Mr X has filed a case against me U/S 138 N.I. Act. The court has Punished me with the Chaque amount, and the imprisonment for one year. Now I have Filed a Apple Against The order and Apple Is still Pending in Sesson Court. Now we (Mr X and I) are Ready To Compromise. Now What Possition Will be for one year imprisonment and what shuld I do.
