I want ask my freinds that is it necessary for muslims to get their will probated, because according to the provisions if the Indian succession act, section-213, it says this section does not apply to muslims, section dealing with will proved by porbate by the court of competent jurisdiction, can any of our learned freinds advice mr on this.

My grandfather had married 3 times each after the death of his wives. My father who was from his second wife died whwn I was 7 years old in 1978. 3-4 years back my grandfather died and my step grandmother showed us a registered will in which my grandfather had named her his legal hier.The property was my grandfather own and not ancerstrol. She got it probhated in the court.
Sir, I want to know what steps I should take and if I can get any share

1. What are the remedies of the girl who has been cheated by a man stating that he is a bachelor factually he is already married.
2. Whether maintenance can be demanded?
3.If damages and compensation has to be claimed before which court the petition has to be filed?

My brother married three years back, He also got a daughter also. But her wife not living with him since one year. after marriage also she lived with him for three months only. Whenever he ask her why u r going to ur parents home. she is telling i dont want to live without my parents. whenever she comes to my brother's home she start to quarrel for silly reason & go to her parents home. i informed one Karnataka Govt. Agency Vanitha Sahayavani. They also found her mistake & told her to goto my brothers home. for that also she not came. 1 year back she has gone to her parents home. she never come again, she is refusing to come. then my brother applied for diverce. but she not received notice issued by Court. (three times)further what we have to do sir, please guide us.

Hi,
my wife is not living with me from almost two years. i have send her notice to come back. but they come up with the divorce option. Me and my wife applied for divroce under mutual consent. But now for second motion she is not appearing. I have given her mentenance at the time of first motion also gift returned. I have all proofs. Its almost 2 years so i dont want to wait now.
In case if the court declare it null then my intention is to marry with another woman. Can you please advice what action will my wife take against me(like proporty, Maintenance etc). Also in my absence how will i protect my old parents from 498 or like mahila mandal. Also to mentioned her name is in my passport, so what if i have to travel abroad for work?
we have no child. what if i am ready to live with her without child. Is there any chance of getting tagged under any act

Getting remarried to the same partner
Dear All,
I am looking for a legal advice / suggestions.
I got married to a Christian girl two years back under the Hindu Marriage Act and we have been staying together. My my wife had converted into Hindu religion as per the law to get married.
We had got married without informing our parents at that point of time. My wife is still using her original name so far and hasn't changed it as yet ,as we wanted to keep our marriage a hidden truth to the world until we got consent from our parents.
Now we have disclosed it to our parents that we would like to get married. For which both of our parents have happily agreed. However they still don't have any idea that we are already married to each other. Now the question is
1. Can we re-marry again with each other.
if 'yes' is that legal? and what would
be the procedure.
2. Can my wife convert herself into
a Christian again. if yes what is
the procedure.
3. Can we re-marry under the 'special
marriage act',
4. If none of this is possible can we
register our marriage under different
marriage act or same act.
Also it would be great if anyone can suggest us any alternative solutions on this.
