Can anyone help me out with the latest apex court judgments which says that 'Foreign Court Judgments' are not binding on Indian Courts. Kindly Update the Judgment, I will be obliged.

Respected All ! I would like to invite your opinion over the issue regarding a lie told by the bride before marriage with regard to her educational qualification, whereas, in fact, instead of M.A. English in first division as claimed by her, she is only graduate, that too in third division. Furthermore, the certificate of MA-Ist year furnished by her after one month of her marriage, clearly depicts the forgery in the said certificate because it could be clearly legible that she has failed but in her futile attempt she had forged the said certificate and changed the marks thereby declaring herself as passed the said exam. Thus my question is that, apart from prosecuting her for forging the certificate u/s 466 IPC shall i have any chance of getting the said marriage annulled u/s 12(1)(c) of Hindu Marriage act

Sir, I want to know whether a muslim husband can send an SMS to his wife which contains 'Talq" , is it a valid divorce?

My Grand father purchased a property and after his death my Grand mother made a partition deed on 1966 and my father got a separate property. I have two sisters (married) and asks partition of the property through an advocate. As the property is in such a way that there is no way to be given on partition, only if our living house is removed. My query is
1) Whether there is any law suggest to give the share to my sisters. If not,
2) Whether my sisters can challenge the will made in my name. If yes,
3) Please suggest a way to solve this problem.

Hi,
I am rohini & I want to know more about nullification of my marriage.
I met a guy through a matrimonial site & chatted on orkut for 2 months & got married to him by then,without parents concent.
But withih 1 day I realised that he has cheated me as was staying in rented flat & not an owed one & din't have any four wheeler but just a two wheeler & that the salary was only Rs 20000 & not Rs 50000 as said by him.
So the very next day I returned home.
Pls guide if I can go for nullification of my registered hindu marraige & no what basis?

I am 21 years old, HINDU by religion and SINDHI by caste. I'm having an affair with a girl, relative of mine, who is also 21 years old. She is my FIRST COUSIN ONCE REMOVED i.e, my FIRST COUSIN's daughter (MY FATHER's ELDER SISTER's SON's DAUGHTER).

is petition of section 9 of hma is maintanable from husband side, when the petition under section 125 crpc is alrready pending from the side of wife in the court. if yes then is it mandatory to metion the pending petition of 125 in the new petition of section 9 of hma? or to give any reference of pending petion of 125 crpc in new petition of section 9 hma?

I am from Tamilnadu.Ours is a HUF. My father died in 1979,leaving behind my mother and 6 children.(4 femoles and 2 males).My mother died in 2003.All my sisters are married as of now.
My father inherited some landed property from my great-grandfather.My great grandfather inhrited those propertis from his parents.So all the properties are of our ancestors.
In 1995 we all ie my mother,myself,my brother and sisters jointly sold a part of those properties.The other portion of the properties are still available and not divided among us.
I have a son and his present age is 24.Atthe time of sala of a part of the said property,my son was a minor.Now he says that as a minor at that time in the HUF, he has rights over the sold-out property,as it was inherited by his grand father,(ie my father),from his great- grandfather.And want to file minor suit, claiming his rights.
Please give opinion,if his above contention is correct?

Restoration of divorce petition - procedure.
Resp. Sir/Madam, For restoration of divorce petition, is it necessary to produce certified copy of the original petition dismissed for default. Can it be produced afterwards. Kindly advise.
