I am residents in my mother room from 1970 this room are pagdi my mother are dead 2000 in & my father are dead 2002 in after my father dead I pay rent regularly by chq In my wife & me joind saving a/c. Recently are some major problems are there Like that bulging are poor cantion & coman toilet are so ded cantion in time I was thinking I sift in rental room till that bulding repairs. It is rigth way or wrong & my landlord are dead 2014 he have son & wife . Can I do this? & one que. Can me my mother room in commercial activities doing or not plz help us.

I am residing in mumbai pagdi type building this building are 60 years old & 27 tenants in building structure are ground plus 2 floor. 8 tenants are residence& 19 tenants are commercial (made by landlord). That time building are very poor condition In so all tenants are thing & ready to repair but landlord are not ready to give permission for repair and b.m.c are also not given us that . my query are this.
1) My room are rent recipt name in my mother and she is dead sines 1999 and my father also daed sinev2005 and I resding here from my berth. I regular paying rent .
2) If that buliding are demolies by b.m.c. or collieps than my I got my mother room ?
So plz your best advice gives us.it is very urgent case .

All tenants are contribution fund & repair from are best architecture plan wise. All tenants are application with building structure audit report to B.M.C. & local NAGER SHEVKA & MLA & LANDLORD also but no one helps & responds.

Recant all tenant are one committee appointed. She committee member are one circular In only rent are paid to landlord. Nothing paid any other charges like that water charges, common light charges and common toilet or urinal clean charges. landlord are refused the rent without other charges . Now what I do. I not understand. Plz suggest me. I m ready to pay with my room rent with all others charges.
