I am residents in my mother room from 1970 this room are pagdi my mother are dead 2000 in & my father are dead 2002 in after my father dead I pay rent regularly by chq In my wife & me joind saving a/c. Recently are some major problems are there Like that bulging are poor cantion & coman toilet are so ded cantion in time I was thinking I sift in rental room till that bulding repairs. It is rigth way or wrong & my landlord are dead 2014 he have son & wife . Can I do this? & one que. Can me my mother room in commercial activities doing or not plz help us.

I am residing in mumbai pagdi type building this building are 60 years old & 27 tenants in building structure are ground plus 2 floor. 8 tenants are residence& 19 tenants are commercial (made by landlord). That time building are very poor condition In so all tenants are thing & ready to repair but landlord are not ready to give permission for repair and b.m.c are also not given us that . my query are this.
1) My room are rent recipt name in my mother and she is dead sines 1999 and my father also daed sinev2005 and I resding here from my berth. I regular paying rent .
2) If that buliding are demolies by b.m.c. or collieps than my I got my mother room ?
So plz your best advice gives us.it is very urgent case .

Dear Sir, I am residents in pagdi room this room are name in mother rent receipt & she is dead in 2000 year that time & sinec iam brith dt time & now current time I am residents in room now that this bulding in poor cantion I am regular paying rent to landlords by chq. My quer are. If this bulding are colpues then in futher I got my mother room ? .

I am residing in mumbai pagdi type building this building are 60 years old & 27 tenants in building structure are ground plus 2 floor. 8 tenants are residence& 19 tenants are commercial (made by landlord). That time building are very poor condition In so all tenants are thing & ready to repair the building without any basic structure change & without any amount demanding from landlord.
All tenants are contribution fund & repair from are best architecture plan wise. All tenants are application with building structure audit report to B.M.C. & local NAGER SHEVKA & MLA & LANDLORD also but no one helps & responds.
TENANTS ARE HAVE BUILDING STRUCTURE AUDIT.
So plz your best advice gives us.it is very urgent case .

I am a tenant under the pagdi system in Mumbai at (malad west)since 1970.my room are my mother name .he is dead in 23 march 1999 & my father are also dead in 14 feb 2006 recant my family are residing there. i m regular pay rent by chq. to landlord recant i paying APRL-2012.but recant landlord are not accept rent me only he is say not u my tenant so i not received Ur chq.This building are 60 years. Plz suggest me.plz urgent ans.
If i not sent rent by post . than how is regalt.and which month in i sent rent by post

Recant all 24 tenant are want rapier the building. This building are 60 years.
Plz suggest me. plz urgent ans.

Recant all tenant are one committee appointed. She committee member are one circular In only rent are paid to landlord. Nothing paid any other charges like that water charges, common light charges and common toilet or urinal clean charges. landlord are refused the rent without other charges . Now what I do. I not understand. Plz suggest me. I m ready to pay with my room rent with all others charges.
.I is the only person is ready to pay him but committee is not permitted. Ourselves from this harassment. Like my water conation cut off. Plz suggest me.

Recant my chall members are doing one adhoc committee.She is right way for showl
ving all problems.What adhock committee rights?.
What adhoc committee have any rigths for mention.Comam aria mention (means like that coman toilet repairer and drainage line also keep clean aria whithout landlord / owner permission )
ad hock committee are favor in all chall members .

I am recant resdi in malad west mumbai in my mother room along my family , recently i am making in room WC & BATHROOM in back BALCONY space without landlord permission. my query.
