One of My friend is a Pharmacist and the Owner of the Shop is not giving Salary to him as he got other Pharmacist for his Shop.
Now I wanted to Complaint FDI regarding Exploiting me.
Please Experts Do reply.
My friend is very much Tense regarding this.
He is very poor also.

One of my friend has divorced her wife in the last year and now he has decided to marry a divorced women who is already having a girl child of age 3years.
My friend is ready to accept that women along with her child.
But what are the consequences if my friend gives his name to that child as a father.
Can he do so?
And in future can that girl(child) claim share in the property of my friend as a legal heir?
If yes what should he do in this case?
Please reply soon.

Hie everyone, My query is that
We had done part payment to a builder of a flat in Mumbai and the other part payment is to be done through loan.
Registration has been done.
Now Loan is sanctioned but further NOC from builder is required, but the builder is not giving NOC and the loan is pending.
The builder is now demanding for CASH.
There are other memeber whom he demanded cash and after getting full cash he is still not giving possession to anyone.
Now he is demanding more money as Service Charge( and Not Service Tax).
that too he wanted to write in the stamp paper.
Please give me the solution Expert.

I want to ask one question regarding the law language. I am giving an example of a definition :- Review :- The right of review has been conferred by section 114 and order 47, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The section provides that any person considering himself aggrieved by a decree or order, may apply for a review of judgement , to the court which passed the decree or made the order on any of the grounds mentioned. now my question is if I change the words as Any person (includes himself) so does it really change the meaning of the definition. If I substitute these words ,what meaning it would constitute like :-
1. it means that aggrieved persons should include himself as well.
2. it means any person who is aggrieved , it can be himself or other than himself Or otherwise there can be some other word which can be replaced against considering himself.
Law experts ........ please reply this question. I am waiting for your answers .......

I run a retail shop in a mall and the mall is not running successfully. The maintenance is very poor and even after 2 years of opening there are very few shops in it. The issue lies mainly with the poor management and they also agree they have made mistakes. There are couple of doubts I have: 1. The mall is currently running under Electricity but they're charging us Diesel @ 14.5 per unit. Is that legal? 2. They're charging us for maintenance which includes chiller, security, cleaning and overall common area maintenance. There are very few securities (none inside the mall), cleaning is pathetic (hardly any bathroom is usable), chiller water also they dont give most times. Under such circumstances we told them we cannot pay maintenance unless and until the issues are sorted out and we have to get a revised bill on electricity since the generator is not working. Since we started in 2010 we've been paying the bills without defaulting. We've not paid Sept and Oct 2012 bills and the mall people are threatening us that they'll take steps to make sure we pay. They have earlier cut off electricity and tried to close down couple of shops for non-payment for few months. We have a lease deed with an owner (not the mall) and currently we dont have any maintenance agreement with the mall. Can they cut our electricity? If they do what legal action can we take. A company has filed form 5 last year for increasing its authorised capital and has paid the requisite stamp duty but failed to follow up the form and to keep the copy of the fomr and challan. Now, it is informed to the company that form 5 was never taken on record and not available in the records of ROC as well and company is not able to do its annual filing due to this. What step can we taken for 1. either to get the refund of the stamp duty? 2. or to get the copy of that filed form? Pl. revert on the query. Regards
