My sister in law committed suicide along with her 8 moth old girl baby in her personal bathroom. Her family has FALSELY accused us of the dowry allegations and murder. Henceforth my parents and my brother are in police custody fot the past one month. We are clueless about her move and are in deep shock. Our lawyer has filed a bail suit. Please suggest what is the approximate time duration within which we can get a bail and also let me know how to fight back against the false allegations.

I was working in a statutory body and recently I have resigned from there. The bye laws of that statutory body has been amended when I was holding key post in that body. All the papers have been signed and filed by me on behalf of that body.
Now I am practicing advocate. Some people approached me to file writ against the above said bye law amendment. Can I file vakalath in that writ?

That My client is the employee of Educationa Institution working on the post of Lab Attendant presently.
when a socila activist received a copy of service book of my clinet through RTI whis is found that in the colum of Designa tion the title of post Lab Attendant is strike out and the Peon is written
my question
whethewr the alteration in service book without notice is an criminal offence ?
