un regd agreemet entered on 8ov 2008 to sell property and got 5lac as biana. regitery agreed to be executed before 31/03/2009 failing which his biana will be forefeited. buyer could not arrange funds and paid 5lac more and promised to pay balance before 30/04/2009 and get registry done.but he did not come i served legal notice on 13/06/2009 requesting him to get registry and pay balance in 15 days time failing which his biana will be forefeited but he didnot bother and did not come till date. now pl. guide what will be limitation period by which he can file legal case for specific performance

For all the respected people out there,I would urgently want to know,if lending money without a proper license at interest rates of 8-10% is accepted and torturing for that money even after 4 years is allowed ,even on paying regular interest by the money borrower,who further cannot or is in a position in which he/she cannot pay the interests any more???
Can this case be legally fought in the court???

1) I have paid Full consideration for my flat along with Sale Agreement itself. Does the SA expire at all if so when?
2) penalty clause in SA says 2% of total consideration in case of delay in execution of sale deed beyond 30/06/2009. Is this enforceable ?

If respondent doesn’t appear in the court and if he submits the written statement (WS) regarding maintenance case through speed post with A/D in family court then will it be acceptable by the court?

in a case a decree has passed exparte against me on 16-8-11. it comes to my knowledge on 28-9-11 when its order copy has exhibit in a case against me by same complainant. can i now file application for set aside it.

Dear Sir,
My Friend wants to buy a car in TamilNadu and do registration in B'lore.
In Karnataka State, there was an Entry Tax for Cars bought from other states
This Entry Tax has been removed by Supreme Court ruling recently.
My Friend want to confirm whether this is in effect now (no Entry Tax in Karnataka State).
Can you pls. check and confirm it?

Kindly clarify the following points:
In a Pondicherry State if the parties are Christians and the Wife and her children
intends to file a suit for declaration of legal heirs, whether she has to
implead her mother-in-law (as we implead under Hindu Succession Act).

Dear experts
Wife filed a petition for maintainence and the court awarded rs.2000/-per month.petition filed for maintainence but husband not complied and hence court sent him jail for one month ,later he released.but what to do now,as the wife is not in a position to show his income with a documentary evidence.but is having income getting about rs.5ooo/-per month doing a private job. kindly advice with a suitable suggestion.
