sir/madam,
I surrendered my cc in the year mar 2005 and outstanding balance on that day was rs 39000 thousand i paid rs 60450 against my outstanding amount of rs 39000/- but still by forcing many charges continuously they made the amount 52000/- more to be paid over and above which i paid i,e 60450/- where as i have not used the card after 2005 and last amount as 39000/-. what should i do, i am getting notices from different lawers , what action can be initiated against me , please reply.

Dear Friends,
one of my client is a Small Scale Industries. They are doing Galvanizing activity only on Labour Charges Now from the Union Budget 2011-2012 Galvanizing process is amount to manufacturing activity., till we are paying service tax on the said process. Now which Law will applicable "Service Tax or Central Excise". please advice.

Friends,
One of my client had purchased house on power of Attorney & agreement to sale, POA & Agreement to sale was made & executed before notary public,that time real owner had not given the possession. after some months the real owner has sold the said property to somebody else along with registered document
now what is the remedy available to my client ?.

I HAVE PAID RS. 20000/- TOWARDS PREPAYMENT ON MY HOUSING LOAN A/C.AFTER RECIEVING THIS THEY KEPT THE SAME FOR WEEK AND COLLECTED FROM BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT ACCOUNTING IN MY NAME. THEY ARE NOT ISSUING RECIEPTS FOR THE PAYMENTS, INSTEAD AND LETTER SHOWING THE DETAILS AND BALANCE AMOUNT PAYABLE TO THEM.IN THE ABOVE CASE THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED THE LETTER AND I SUSPECT THEY HAVE MISAPROPRIATED THE CHEQUE WITHOUT RECIPTING IN MY NAME. WHEN CONTACTED THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING PROPERLY. PL. ADVISE WHAT TO DO.

Change of fathers name in birth certificate
Greetings Sir,
Am 21yrs.My father's name is M.Rajasekaran..and it is mis spelled asM.Rajasekar in my Date Of Birth certificate..and I need to change it as i ve to apply for the passport.As i approached the village panchayath where i got the birth certificate and also the sub registrar,there were no reply for my queries for the past 40days..As am in very need for this change what am i to proceed with?Kindly help me,Sir!
