My wife had been living with her parents for last 4.5 years and 2 month back we had a meeting with her elders and our elders participation.we decided to take mutual consent divorce.now we are asking them for first motion and they are saying that they have filled dowry case on us and it was filled before meeting.but we did not receive any notice ,no phone call from police station till date. I have two queries...
1)Can dowry case be withdrawn by my wife?..
2)Now how to resolve this issue? kindly suggest....
3) should we start first motion and give them first cheque of settlement amount?

My brother-in-law was married in the year 2009. he does not have any child from this marriage and now he is planning to do second marriage.
His wife has no problem in a second marriage and she is ready for that, but she does not want to give divorce.
I would like to know that
what are legal formalities for second marriage without divorce with wife as she is agree for this.
or he has to take divorce first.

The land lord is going to sue the tenant for eviction of rented premises as he committed default in payment of six months rent i.e; 1.5 lakhs. The rent for one year is Rs.3 lakhs. whether the court fee should be paid on one year rent alone or additional court fee on arrears of rent too? and about mesne profits(future rent) please clarify....
If a female Hindu died intestate, how her immovable property will devolve on the heirs. Can the grand children of deceased Hindu female are entitled any share in her property? Is there any recent amendments regarding to this issue?

The residential apartment which is badly suffering with lack of ground water and purchasing tankers throughout the year continuously. however, some nearby individual houses are providing municipal water connections. The flat owners are paying municipal taxes, but the municipality is denying to provide water connections for each flat by saying they will provide only five connections to the apartment where 48 flats are constituted. Is it just and legal. The flat owners does have any right to get connections individually.

I am belongs to Telangana State where A.P.RIGHTS IN LAND AND PATTADAR PASS BOOK ACT, 1971 and Rules 1989 are prevailed.
The land particulars are entered in the title deed and pattadar pass book as well as concerned pahanies, but did not enter in the 1-B record. Can the title is said to be genuine? please clarify....
Can a Partner bring in land registered in his name as his contribution to the Partnership?

A Hindu male has a wife and three daughters. All the daughters were got married and settled. After that he died intestate on 25.3.1985 leaving his self acquired property. Later all the three daughters accepted the alienation made by their mother by giving an affidavit attested by an advocate. Can Mr.X get a perfect and undisputed title?
