Sir /Madam,
I am facing a criminal case vs state. The trial not yet started in CJM Court. The case is related to money transaction.I just want to know that, in this stage if i write a letter to the concerned department minister with a prayer to withdraw the case against me,as i am ready to repay the money, is it possible in part of Him to withdraw the case? Whether there will be any problem to me if i write the letter to Him directly.Is there any chance of case dismiss in this stage where trial not started yet.Please Help Me in this mater as one of my colleague told me that a letter can be addressed to concerned department minister so....

Which is the best way to document a facebook post which might get deleted? Is it a print out or a Snapshot of that page copied into ms paint?

my question is that i was having the question that i was holding the account in the kotak securities and without any permission they have closed the account and they are not remitting the balance which is lying in the account so my question is that can i file criminal case on the company if yes which section and if no what should i do in such a case

Q1>if I complete 3 years LLB through correspondence course, should I be allowed to sit for the Bar council exam to become a practicing member or to have a license?
Q2 > What are the possibilities to become a practicing member of Bar Council and get a license after completion of MBL or LLM?
Q3> What if I complete Company Secretary Professional qualification. may I be eligible to get the License?
Q4> I am 38 years old and want to pursue law as my second career, how best possible way may I start?

Can this marriage be annulled?
The guy is Christian and the girl is Hindu as it turned out. Guy is having issues from the girl and her family. The girl has left the guy and is living with her parents for a year now. She is not giving divorce either. The girl's family suppressed the fact of her conversion to Hinduism and got her married to the guy saying that she is a Christian
They haven't registered the marriage as the girl didn't want to register it. The marriage solemnized without any formal procedure of Christianity or Hinduism. They have lived together for 2 years.
Can this suppression of fact be a ground for annulling the marriage?
If yes, in which Marriage act the guy should file the case?
Need legal advice please
