Business transaction in dubai

Dear Sir,

We are having pvt Ltd Company In India.

Later we have opened Singapore Subsidary (which is Wholly owned Subsidary of Company of India)

further it has opened. Dubai Subsidary (which is Wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Company.

During business transaction in Dubai a Dealer is not paying the dues. later after follow up he left Dubai and settled in India.

We came to know about his whereabouts.

my question is

Can India based Company can file a complain against this Dubai based customer.

where and how ?

Asper him he has land in Kerala, can we claim while filing legal case against him.

can he transfer the land in the name of India Company against his overdues in Dubai.
