Dear experts,
I had participated in a contest organised in social media.
The organizers declared me as a winner and a prize as announced in contest was due to me.
Even after four months, I am yet to receive the same.
Every time, I enquire with the company they say that it is under process.
What is the remedy in such cases?
Thanks in advance...
Pramod

The bank gives a paper publication on default of the defendant. The auction is conducted on this 21st. Due to the summer vacations my suit is adjourned to next month. I am claimed my relief is about 1000000/-. Now what I am supposed to do. If the property is sold on auction I have nothing to claim from the defendant. Please help me.
Hello,
My client has sold goods Ag.C form to ABC Co.
Now, ABC Co. is not sending C form
Can anyone send me format for legal notice to send to ABC Co.
My father has a property which is registered from my grandfather to father in 1992. Later in 2000 my father registered the property to a third person for borrowing some amount from him. Due to some inconvenience the borrowed amount could not be repaid by him. Since the borrowed amount was very less compared to the land cost, the third person did not intrude in to the land so that my family is continued to stay in the same property till now. Few months back we enquired about the third person who has the owner ship in the property, then we realized that he has passed away few years back. Now its more than 15 years we are occupying the above said property. Please help me to approach the situation to get real documents for the property in my father’s name using the rules in adverse possession.
Hello Experts,
My uncle has filed a civil suit on me by presenting a forged will (unregistered) of my grandmother.
I have registered will of my grandmother, her signature on her passport which shows her signatures. A visual look itself shows that signatures on unregistered will are completely different - fake - forged.
What I want to know is that
What is the maximum punishment or penalty that a Civil Court can impose in such cases?
Can I claim any damages once the Civil Court decides its a forged will ?
