accused gave me a cheque which is dishonored and i sent a registered notice to him on 23.08.2019 and immediately on 24.08.2019 he replied through his counsel by denying the facts of the notice. i filed a complaint under section 138 of Ni act on 08.09.2019 and the same is returned for pre limitation i.e. not gave a time of 15 days for accused for the payment of cheque. my question is it is not valid for pre limitation or not but he replied to my notice by denying the notice facts. what is the solution for this how i move on court. please respond. thanks to all advocates.

Sir/Madam, I am working in a private ltd co. in Chennai and is authorised signatory for business activities except for signing cheques. A cheque for INR 12,00,000 / - signed by MD issued to a supplier in Gujarat. Before the cheque date, we paid around 6,50,000/- through NEFT. Despite this the supplier deposited the cheque and filed a case u/s 138 at Magistrate Court in Ahmadabad against me and my former purchase colleague. Kindly explain pros and cons and advise on this. I have participated in bank auction under SARFAESI and declared as highest bidder and I have paid full payments for the property within stipulated time. Sale certificate also issued. Bank applied to DM for physical possession. Already 6 months over. DM order not yet issued. Borrower not disputed.
1. Whether Registration is allowed under SARFAESI act before physical possession ?
2.Can I go for registration of property or to wait for DM order ?

My friend is punished under section 323, 379, 497 IPC on 2015 as the case is uncontested.His opposite party moves to now for execution of the order.

Hi, mu brother got married in 2009. And living separately from his wife. He is not in any contact with his wife. In 2012 his wife filled case for maintainance and share in property of my fathers land which is earned by his own money. Later court gave judgement she doesn't have any rights in asking peoperty in father in laws land. And her husband has to give monthly maintainance of 2000. As my brother is not in contact with his wife and did not appear in court also during this case he did not pay any amount till today. But now my brother wife has filled a case under section 12 of domestic violence on my brother, my father and my mother. And compensation for mental torture 10 lakhs from my parents. She never stayed in our house means with my parents. In her statement it was mentioned she stayed happily for 1st 6 mont of her marriage in house with my brother and my parents. But now she filed a case of domestic violence on my parents. Is the case maintainable against my parents? As in previous judgment it clearly mentioned my parents are not responsible to pay any compensation to her.

Maine apni ek agricultural land sale k regarding May 2018 me buyer se agreement ki thi jisme buyer ne 12 month means May 2019 Tak complete payment k baad kharid lene ki baat ki thi, but sir duration complete ho Chuka hai or na hi buyer property kharid Kar rha hai na payment hi Kar RHA , iske regarding maine ek advocate ke through legal notice Diya tha buyer ko jisme ek fix 21 days ki timing mention thi ki ya to buyer 21 days k andar kharid le ya fir sale agreement cancel samjha jayega , but Sir legal notice k baad v buyer ne koi satisfactory response nai Diya or notice ki period v complete ho gai hai , mujhe Kya karna chaiye ,Kya Mai ab wo land kisi or party k Sath sale KR skta Hun,kya isme koi legal problem to nai hoga na , or token money kya wapas krni pdegi ,
