what is pre-emption law..

what is right of pre-emption for immovable property?is the law really exist?what precaution should be taken from the seller's side at the time of selling his property to avoid right of pre-emption of the adjoining property holder?if seller dosn't abide by the rule then what harm can happen to the seller

sale agreement

I had signed an agreement of sale of a house for Rs. 15 lakhs as buyer. I paid Rs. 5 lakhs as advance. In the agreement it is written that the remaining amount should be paid within 30 days from the date of agreement. The 30 days period is over, but, I am not able to pay the remaining 10 lakhs. What will happen now? Will the builder take my advance money and cancel the agreement?

succession certificate

My father - in -law expired on 23.10.2009.

He left a will giving his property and and various financial instruments jointly/nominated his sons. Can my learned friends explain how these are to be encased and what is a succession certificate and when it is required and what is the procedure for obtaining it.

According to Murder case Post-morterm which bones are broken when body pushed by fourth floor. Which types of injuries are happened.

What is the differentiate between murdered injuries and bone broken when body pushed from 4th floor or suicide injuries when body jumped from 4th floor

Regarding transfer to a lower post

In one of the Central Para-military Organization one official holding the rank of Inspector(Steno) Grade.II Group 'B' Non-Gazetted transfer prematurely to a lower post of Asstt.Sub-Inspector(Steno) Grade.III without his consent. The official's request to consider him to his appropriate post has been turned down and he has not option left except to seek justice from the court of law. Please clarify the following:-
1. Whether above said organization can transfer an official two ranks below his rank without his consent without valid grounds.
2. High Court and Supreme Court Judgements in this regard.
