can a prima facia case(civil and criminal) with all the documentry proof is sufficiant to proof the case.. and can a judge give biased judgement after seeing all the documents..

word'primafacie'itself denotes that on preliminary exam.of the documents that you have good case.In suit for getting interim relief primafacie case is seen,but for final version in the suit only proved documents are seen.

Mr. Aman when you put a complaint(criminal) before the court with supportive document or evidence.The judge is duty bound to find out whether there is prima fascia cas or not,after satisfaction he made an appropriate order giving reason of it.The judge is a human being and has own discretion.Its up to you how satisfy him.

prima facie means u have a case from the face of ur case which includes documents annexed with ur case n which involves triable issue

PRIMA FACIE CASE MEANS YOU HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS FROM WHICH CIVIL COURT WILL PASS INTERUM ORDER IN FAVOUR OF YOU.

On the face of it or as thing seem at first. One side in a case has shown that there is a case to answer, and so the action should be proceeded with.
U cannot expect anything from the court, if the judge has common sense and presence of mind he may give good judgement, but now days judges are "?"

Merely seeing the documents prima-facie is not sufficient to prove the case. Those documents relied upon by the party must prove them as per provisions of CPC and Evidence Act. cases are decided by appreciation every fact and law brought on the file.
