Hii I am hindu married lady We are 3 sister and two brother in which our 1 sister has been expire so now we are 2 sister and 2 brother. I have made a suit against my brother for my property share after death of my parents. Now I am going to put partition case of my share. The valuation of property is 10 cr and my 1/5 share is 2 cr so I want to know that the court fee will aplicable on 1/4 of 2 cr. Secondly my both brother and sister is against me and if they produce fake will in court then what can I do and they have also take my signature on some paper after threat me and I have mention the all things in court and now the property on which I put the partition suit it has been come in objection after my notice given to authority. So kindly guide me. What is the possibilities of my sucess if I put a partition case because I have to deposit 3-4 lac court fee.

In a case u/s 420/467/471/381 IPC accused acquitted on 17.4.15.I applied its certified copy of judgement on 20.4.15 actually files consigned in different district but after short span of period.later on12.5.15 they returned my application by report that file consigned in record room of different district,and i again applied fresh copy on 13.5.15 to the concerned record room.I want to file appeal against acquittal when my limitation start and finish.plz reply soon its very urgent.i did not get judgement till now

Hi, We are staying in Jaipur. There was vacant land adjacent to my house. Few weeks back, owner of vacant land has started business activity of iron bars (Sariya) in the vacant area. its a gowdam of sariya [ tmt bars ].The noise created by loading and unloading of heavy iron bars during day as well as night hours is very disturbing and irritating. The family members are complaining of headache and elderly people are not able to take any rest during day. The noise is not subsidizing even after closing Windows. Whom we can approach and what can be done in this case? Is such a disturbing and noisy activity allowed in a residential area? The ruling authorities of my city are Jaipur Development Authority, and Nagar Nigam. Please let us know how we can approach this issue. Thank you for your help.

Sir,
I , Rajeswar Rao is from Andhra Pradesh, i have married in 1993 at Bulandshahr, UP and at the time marriage not taken any marriage registration. Now i am working i Oman and my family is in India when i tried for their family visa they are asking for marriage certificate.
How can i get marriage certificae now and where i have to apply. Now my family is in Kerala. We have marrage photos and wedding invitation card.
Also my wife and children have passports and in wifes passport my name appears as spose and my wife name in my passport,.
Kindly advice about the marrage registration or any suitable certificate as per law.

We are 3 brothers, and having dispute over property of our parents which is in the form of two flats in co-operative housing societies. There is no will. Questions are,
a) Can the co-operative society transfer "ownership" of the flats to the legal heirs ? If so what will be the procedure for the such transfer ?
b) Do we need succession certificate to claim our share in property ?
c) What is the documentary evidence required to obtain succession certificate ?
d) One of the brothers is "now" US citizen, can he claim his share in property, and included in succession certificate ?
e) Does "nomination" of the flat, in the name of any particular brother, in CHS gives any right / authority of the flat to sell ?
Can such "nominated" member (one of the brother), apply own lock to legally acquire the property ?

father partitioned his ancestral properties with his only son and without knowledge of his only daughter in the year of 2000, daughter entitled what share in the above properties? Partition deed father and son valid one?
What relief for daughter?

there is a house in the name of lady build in gramanatham land.she has two daughters and one son who is dead before she died intestate.his two daughter filed a suit against her son's wife and his children.the house is in possession of her son's children. can they claim share in this house.as they were married before this house was bought by his son under his mother name.
