Case against Witness

There is joint property which was registered in Mother & Father. After the death of Father, Mother written WILL-Registered in name of 2 daughters equally.

But Elder dauther' son, who is police in profession, got entire property registered in his mother without the consent/information of younger daughter wherein he is witness and attestation of his mother signature.

Already file the case at Civil Court and got Temporary injection on property.

Due to their adman, I am contemplating to file Criminal case against them.

Is there any provision in law to file Criminal Case against he and his mother?

Please guide me under sections / act.

probate of WILL

The property was Joint Registered between Husband and Wife. They have two daughters and they are married. After the death of Father Mother made a WILL-registered by dividing the property equally. As per the indication of share in WILL elder daughter constructed house and now, with bad intention elder daughter got the entire property by Gift from mother.

Is there any right for younger daughter to get the share as per the WILL?
