Drafting of pleading and conveyancing

Sir(s)/ Madam(s), I'm a law student and searching for/ need information for some my practical exam to be held on this Saturday.

I've prepared my complete file, except the topic "Conveyancing". I need the following information for this topic:

1. Objects of conveyancing,
2. Functions of conveyancing,
3. Rules of conveyancing.

I've searched this information in the college library, on internet, and as well as, in the district court's library, but unfortunately couldn't find the same.

I'd kindly request to all of you, if anyone can provide me the above stated topics in DETAIL/ THEORY, by the end of the day tomorrow (21/05/2014), so that I can prepare my file and submit the same in the college by Friday (23/05/2014), for the practical to be held on Saturday (24/05/2014) and can score good marks in the subject.

I'd be greatly thankful to you.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Yours Faithfully,
Amit Garg.

New land acquisition act (larr 2013)

Hello Experts!

I want to know when the rules of LARR Act 2013 are going to be framed by the revenue department of the states of India? Although, this act has been formed and can now be applied when it comes to land acquisition, still it looks useless to the citizens. Because, when we approach the concerned officials, they deny to act as per new land acquisition act, as they suggest that the rules haven't been framed by the revenue department yet. Please reply.

Thank you!
Good day!

Ceiling on wages

Respected Sir,

Each and every laws pertaining to labour in our country has a ceiling on wages.

For example, it is 18,000 for payment of wages Act, 1936, Rs 1600/- in I.D Act to include a supervisor or a person doing supervisory work, Rs 25000 in case of ESI Act, Rs 15000/- in case of EPF Act.

I will be thankful,if you guide me in telling the relevance of celing on wages under labour laws. There is a provision in payment of wages Act 1936, wages should be paid with in the stipulated time. Now considering the above example, ceiling on wages under P.W Act is 18000. Does this mean that employees earning up to Rs 18000/- are entitled to this protection of law. Does it mean that if a person earns Rs 25000/- or Rs 19000/- per month, the employee is not protected statutorily or if the employer is free to pay the employee as and when he/ she desires.

I am not wounding any body. My only doubt is why this ceiling is required.
I was very fortunate to read through a note on ID amendment Act, 2010, which has raised the wage ceiling to Rs 10,000 for inclusion of supervisory persons. Thanks to Mr. Hemanth of Bangalore. Hope he will help me in understanding the relevance of ceiling on laws relating to labour.
