A girl was booked by police in a fraud case.Case is against her company,she was just working as a employee their.
(420,471,465,467,468,120b)
There are two fir which has her name.
In main case she got bail after 55 days.
now she wants to apply for bail in another case which was registered 1 month later
can their any possibility to get bail from session court after 28 days in second case by attaching judgement of first case?
In FIR the allegation against her is that she working in that company as a telecaller.

If the Father (NRI) is living and selling property in India while he is alive but only giving the money received to 4 of the 5 living children and not giving anything to oldest son, what rights does he have? Along with grandchildren?

dear sir
My wife is staying with her parent not coming back. she never respect me. My mother in law used to advice her to split my family and she was threatening me that she will commit suicide and finally she left to her home. I donot like to live with her .We have one kid 6month old . Child with her custody Now I want divorce
But she threat me that she never give me divorce So please tell me what I do , either file a divorce or not, because chances of divorce is not in my favour untill she wants

in a case of suit for recovery of money against the son of a deceased father who is alleged to be a loanee, how far is the son liable to pay and that too if the the creditor has not demanded the money from his father directly but to some relative of the original loanee i.e. the deceased father, whether it amounts to no cause of action, please advise with citations if any.

Purchase of a plot
i would like to purchase a plot in vizianagaram dt, andhara pradesh, the owner was expaired 2 years ago. Now her husbend and only daughter would like to sell the same to me. both are ready to sign on the sale deed. please let me know what are the other documents i need to get complete rights on the property after purchase. Actually i would like to have bank loan to build a house in that plot.
your advises on this is highly appriciated
