Validity of a sale agreement

We were forced to sign a sale agreement in the year 2010 by a person who is politically connected and is a well known Land Mafia. It was stated on a Rs.50/- stamp paper that the property in the name of my father who passed away a few days after we were forced to sign on it much against our wishes, that the registration would be carried out within 3 months.Even after the lapse of the stated timeframe and providing the legal heirship certificate, the party was giving some excuse besides threatening us with dire consequences. Is an agreement on a Rs.50/- stamp paper valid? I have been getting different answers while some say that it is valid for 3 years even if it has been mentioned as 3 months on the stamp paper. Kindly advice what I should do.

Company law

I am not a corporate lawyer, but in law college i had come across with phrase "lifting the veil of a company" meaning thereby under certain circumstances the veil of company can be lifted and the directors of the company can be dealt with, which are those circumstances? will any expert guide me in this regard?

Secondary evidence

I want to prove spot panchnama in an injunction suit. The original panchanama drawn by police and sent to tahsildar is lost as pursis/report to that effect is given by Tahsildar to court. Fortunately my client had obtained 'true copy' of the same from tahsildar office, I produced the same on record. I prayed for witn. sum. to the officer from tahsildar office who had put the endorsement as 'true copy' who stated in evidence that he had seen the original. Court has exhibited the document only for the purpose of identification of sign. by witn. Now I prayed witn. sum for police who drawn the panchanama to prove the contents of the same, am I correct? or whether it is necessary for me to move an application for permission to lead secondary evidence?

Secondary evidence

In an injunction I want to prove spot panchanama. The original panchanama which was with Tahsildar is lost as he filed pursis to that effect on record. Fortunately my client had obtained true copy from tahsildar office earlier, I produced the same on record. I examined officer who put endorsement on the panchanama as 'true copy'. Court has exhibited the same only because witness identified his signature as true copy who has deposed that he had signed only after seeing the original and the same is not available in his office now. I want to prove the contents of panchanama. I have prayed for witness sum. for police who had drawn the panchanam, is it enough or I will have to move application for permission to lead secondary evidence? what procedure should I follow? pl help.
