In Gaziabad is there any provision that the lessee can not take her belongings during leaving the lease hold house, and house owner will keep all the same.

Regarding Blackmailing and harassment of boy

My brother had an affair with a girl.He is 2 years younger than the girl. The girl and her family is very clever.The girl manipulated my brother.we sent him to study in chandigarh but we don't know how she was able to manipulate him and also we came to know that the girl used to take drugs even her brother used to take drugs and also she works as a prostitute.she was so clever that she got my all family member numbers from my brother's phone and she used to blackmail him and forces him to meet her,talk to her.Now her mother and brother started calling my family and they are saying that they are going to file a police officer is complaint againsty brother as he was in a relationship with him and now leaving her. Thay are harassing us and blackmailing us and theartning us and saying thay they will come to our home with police. They are just money seekers and we belongs to a very simple family. My father is an army man .He lives far away from us and in my family there is only my brother which is hardly 21 years old and my mother and me. I am only 24 years old. We are very afraid and seeking for help because we belongs to a very reputable family. So all this is really disturbing for the reputation of my family. Please help us and guide us what to do if they file a fake complaint against us or my brother

Hello sir/mam, I belong to OBC category but I have fill General category by mistake in X and XII because of which I had to fill the same for my graduation too. I'm allowed to get my OBC certificate as I belong to OBC category. Will it be ok if I apply for OBC category in UPSC exam as I belong to OBC? I would be very grateful if you'll help me out.

Legal heir in mother property after her death

Sir my mom expired on feb 2019. And she was the owner of one house and three other plots... Now my father is willing to remarry... So i would lik to ask u that
Whether my would be stepmother have any share in that property which is in my mother's name...
Sevondly, my father has assured me that at the time of second marriage he will insert a clause that his second wife will not be entitled in any property bought by my father or parental property inherited by him during court marriage ....so pls do let me know whether such clause exist and is effective or not.... And what other steps i must take to prevent such thing.... Iam his son in defence forces.

my aunt (younger sister to my mother) unmarried, died at the aged 90+ had executed a registered will in favour of my real sister regarding aunt's lease hold property. Now the respective housing board authority asking to deposit requisite transfer fee ( un-earned increase) since it is transfer outside blood relation whereas "within blood relation/ inheritance legal heirs-non testamentary" it is exempted.
under the circumstances, what's the advice, please
