Rights of son and daughter in law...

Son and daughter in law have moral duty to support family by every means that is financial support even in critical time for all almost 24 years.....what happens if sisters....demands all the share themselves...when they have not done any in favour of parents...for 27 years of marriage.......this law isnt it unjust......now daughters in will get more insecure feeling that at end daughter are for shares.....i think now daughter in law .......will think many times .....to share their income in joint families.....why cannt such daughter in law fight for her right.....she is also some ones daughter....she is also a helpless women in such law.....pl do look into as many uneducated ladies are going through unjustice......whole life they support ....family by saving through poor job like saree fall ...etc.....such conditions can be pl looked upon if.......women are favoured. .......as daughter and not as daughters in law.....

Alleged misuse of dsc

Hello,

I want to take a view on how to approach this. I was a Director with a PVT Ltd company . At the end of April, I exited the company and subsequently I resigned from the Directorship with the company. We did the required filings with the RoC for this purpose.

Now since May, my DSC which has been with the company's CA has been used for various filings of the company for Labour and other requirements. I dont have a full overview and I had requested them not to use my DSC for filings further. The company has appointed directors who do not have a DSC or not willing to use their DSC for the filings.

So the company has conveniently chose to ignore my request and has continued to use my DSC without my consent. I am currently abroad and did not want to deal with this until i got back but its simply unethical for my DSC to be validated for filings when I have already exited the Directorship.

What is recourse or how to do I solve this issue?

Regards

Chs - complaints

Our CHS management refuses to give me signed acknowledgement for my written complain that my top floor still has leakages after the Just concluded Building repairs by the society. Also they refuse to reply the same and provide me what action they will take.

Further they want me to repair my toilet. Which I am ready to do, but I am asking for resolving my leakages issue before I do internal repairs, but they have refused to comment or acknowledge & have given me notice to do toilet repairs

Please advise
