Agreement to sell

A(owner) signed a collaboration agreement with B (developer) to construct four floors residential house on her land with a condition that one (top) floor will be retained by the developer. After completion of construction B forced A to sign another agreement with him i.e. agreement to sell wherein it was mentioned that A is selling the floor to B. It was also mentioned in the agreement that Rs.5 lac has been paid by B to A and remaining amount shall be paid on monthly basis. How was Rs.5 lac paid is not mentioned. No cheque number or cash, etc. B also got signed blank cheque book of A and kept the same with him and now using as per his desire, depositing cash and issuing cheques to other persons. A who is a widow does not understand English language and she was just signing as was being told to her by B. Now she has told me (cousin brother) the whole incident. On behalf of A, I have following queries to raise:-
1. In collaboration agreement it was mentioned that one floor will be retained by B. Can B sign another agreement with A i.e. agreement to sell. Both are contradictory. In collaboration B says he will retain one floor but in agreement to sell he says floor is being purchased by him from A without mentioning proper terms and conditions. Even payment details are vague.
2. Can the agreement to sell signed by B with A be cancelled? If yes, how.
3. How to take back the signed blank cheque book from B.
4. If B is depositing huge cash in A’s account, will Income Tax department issue any notice.
Kindly reply.

Great grand daughter's rights on ancestral property

Hi Sir,

We had a ancestral property it was of my great grand father's property .

My father has 3 brothers and 1 sister and 6 years back my grand father passed away without any will so my aunt approached court for the equal share along with her brothers. since it is ancestral property court ordered that she gets an equal share in that property.

Since the property is not dividable into 5 parts( For My father,3 uncles & Aunt) now they sold it and everyone taken the money equally.

Could you please help me to understand what are my rights on great grand father's property.

Thank you,

Failure of media in self regulation in suicide reporting

Dear Sir,
I am a mental health professional upset with the print and electronic media behaviour and comments on people who end up their life by committing suicide.
International research suggests that the way a suicide is depicted in print and electronic media can increase the chances of other vulnerable people committing suicides by adopting the same method in that society within few months of such depiction. It can more so if the suicide coverage is about a famous person and or if the depiction of such suicide is more detailed, vivid, dramatic with images, suicide notes and repetitive.
In this background WHO and IASP have even released guidelines for media self-regulation in the manner of reporting suicide. However, such international guidelines are not Indian laws which Indian media should adhere to compulsorily.
Now my question is does the print and electronic media in India has unlimited rights in publishing whatever it wants on the pretext of " Public need to know", "the public should know"?
Are there any judgments and Indian law sections which talks about how a suicide should be reported by media?
Can print media publish a suicide note picture or even the content as it is without the written consent of case investigation officer?
Does the dead person or his family members have any right on photographs published depicting dead body hanging from a tree and or kept on mortuary?
Is there any judgment which prohibits media from publishing specific details like name and age of the deceased person who ends up life by suicide just like how a women victim of a sexual offence should not be revealed through media?
Finally, can a government employee file a PIL with respect to this?
