Dear
A girl has filed rape case, i live in Chandigarh & done MBA , she has filled that i raped her for marriage commitment. As per FIR she has stated i made forceful relation in 2007 with her & to till 2016 against false commitments FIR date is 13/05/2016 & i was in custody for apprx. 3 month & got bail from high court on july 2016.
I has filed petition in Honorable High Court Punjab & Haryana for QUASHING PETITIONS (AGNST WOMEN) & court has granted stay on further action at Distt court end till date.
My next date is 14 sep at high court & COMPLAINANT IS NOT SUBMITTING THERE REPLY ASKING THEY NEED MORE TIME FOR FILING REPLY

By the way, since which age you had been keeping physical relations with that girl?
Also, are you married or not and the girl does not know that fact?
However, a good case and that can go in your favour, if she has stated forceful relations continuously for 10 years from 2007 to 2016, but without being kept under captivity. That can easily be proved as a case of consensual physical relations
Fight your case through some knowledgeable lawyer.

Sir since 2015 we have no relations & we both are unmarried, she is in job & mature at the time of relation

Nothing to suggest, the Hon'ble High Court has to decide the matter and may grant time for filling reply to the complainant. Without knowing what the complainant has to say on the quashing petition, High Court will not proceed in the matter. The stay allowed for further proceedings in the trial court will continue.
Try out for settlement with the woman by offering her financial compensation to get rid of the criminal charges and case pending against you, that's the best way out.
