Hello,
Actually I my all educational Certificates(i.e.,10th, 12th and degree) have name: Undali Muni Ranga but my id proof documents (aadhar and Pan) have name: Undali Muniranga. The same issue in my father name also.
It will create any problem in corporate ( software Sector while doing Background check)?

Hi sir ,I m 34 yr old disabled person (locomotive disability) and belongs to Telangana.i m single and don't want to marry .I m living alone separately.can I get ration card as single man .my name not included in my parents ration card .can I get ration card? If yes,how can I approach legally to get one? If MRO denies, is there any notory document to submit as a proof ? If yes, what kind of proof do I need ?

I have purchased a house in 2016 through sale deed but not paid the stamp duty and also not sure the previous owner of the house or builder has paid the stamp duty or not
Now the my question is Abhay yohanay has came so if I pay the stamp duty and Plenty will this give the clean title to the property or this will only clean my part of liability.
Please help me to understand.

I have stilt parking in our society allotted after paying additional amount to Society. Now our society is undergoing redevelopment and society is saying your allotment letter becomes invalid after redevelopment and you need to purchase parking with additional amount.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As my job is transferrable (i changed state/city every 1/1.5 yrs as per my work schedule), so i asked my wife to stay with my mother at my native place because my mother age is near 60 who is not fit for long distance journey and i have a son of 4.5 yrs to give him a stable study but she doesn't want to stay with my mother and she proposed me that she wants to stay with me at my work place (wherever it is) and move with me as per my work location else she will stay with her parents,
can i get a divorce with my wife on that basis from my wife?

The controlling authority passed an aaward for payment of gratuity with interest. The Management made a settlement with the employee to get the award amount alone under section 18(1) of the Industrial disputes Act.The payment of gratuity Act overriding act under section 14.The controlling authority did not accept the settlement as it subvert the process of Gratuity act stating that it amounts to unfair labour practice.what is the way out to get the interest deprived from the employer ?

In a gift deed if the donee pays for the stamp duty
if the donee pays for stamp duty the gift deed becomes void and has to be treated as sale deed. as consideration ha passed.
