Suo Motu Application to all Judges in a District.

Suppose a client wants to forward his grievance & problem facing in judiciary to all the judges appointed in a district by himself only, for the solution of his problem quickly will it be right to send an application to all the judges in a District Courts

or he will has to send an application to that concerned court only where the case has been pending so long without adjudication.

or to the individual District & Session Judge (P.O) only.

Q. In other words suppose a client after losing ray of hope for getting justice in district will sent an grievance application to all the judges appointed in a district is RIGHT OR WRONG ? WHAT THE EFFECT WILL COMES NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE ? WILL IT BE A CIVIL CONTEMPT ?

Need some Guidance on Gifted Property

My father was a Bank Employee. He passed away in 1995. Before he passed away he gifted a 300 yards open land to one of his relatives. My father gifted the property to a lady. She is still alive today. When the property was given to them I was a minor & I was not aware of this at all. Hoping that they will get some shelter. They have constructed a house on that Land. But today after so many years there children have turned out to be greedy. They want to sell the house as the land rates have grown in there locality. I do not want them to sell the land as it is my fathers land. If they do not listen do I have a chance to go legally & get back that property. What are my options.

This property is in Hyderabad.....

Review of order on interim maintenance appln.

Husband filed divorce petition against wife, dismissed on merit. In that petition, interim maintenance was granted to wife. Afterwards, wife filed application under Domestic Violence Act. She filed interim maintenance application. The Hon'ble court took a wrong impression by mistake that wife was granted permanent maintenance in divorce petition. Hence, Hon'ble Court denied maintenance to wife. However, granted maintenance to two minor children. What is the remedy available to wife in that case. Apart from criminal revision, is there any way out? Regards.
