Late filing of ITR5

I am an accountant, looking after Income Tax/ VAT accounts of various firms. The last date of filing online ITR5 for J&K state for Assessment year 2007-08 was 31st October and for Assessment year 2008-09, it was 30th November because of some disturbance in the state. But for Assessment year 2009-10 it was 30th September. Since I am not updated with the new last-date of filing ITR5. My ITR's of about 10 partnership firms (audited cases) are yet to be filed.
I want know:
what type of penalties my firms shall face for late filing of returns?
what are the remedies under Income Tax act to save my firms from these penalties?

Information act.

In Taminad housing board, I had purchased a house. In the year 2004 I went to the office and was ready to pay the full settllement of my account ( orally ofcourse). In the office they told that I had to pay Rs 6875 and accordingly I paid the sum.
Now in the year 2009, a notice has been served that I had to pay Rs 20000.
What I want is the complete account details of the same.
Can I get the details from the board using Right to know information act? If so what is the procedure. Thanking you the expers.

Will

Am youngest son of my father. I have elder brother & elder sister. My parents are living in 'ancestral house' at Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

My father, i learnt, that wrote a will and registered it with local register's office. He informed this to my brother & sister but not to me as i was in Delhi. On enquiry with my father, he refused to show the will and not ready to share crux of will.

My questions are

1) Can i get the copy of will from register's office using RTI Act?
2) Whether my father is having right to write will for 'ancestral house' since the house is not earned by him?

Please guide me

FATS : TYPES(GOOD/BAD/WORST),NECESSITY ETC

Dear All,
Fats are necessary for human body. Ftas provide energy and are necessary for growth, healthy skin and metabolism. Fats also help to absorb fat soluble vitamins like A,D,E&K. Fats are of following types--
a. Saturated Fats. These Fats are derived
from animal products, such as meat, dairy
(buter,ghee,paneer, mava)eggs and some
plant based sources like coconut oil,
palm oil etc. Thes are solid at room tem-
peratures and they clog our arteries
increase our LDL ( bad cholestrol ).
Avoid these as much as possible.

Note--More on subject to-morrow.
