Minor sale deed issue

I have paid 10 lak to vendors on various dates and now as I verified sale deed 1000 difference is coming.

instead of 7,99,900 in one place in the sale deed, it is mentioned as 7,99,000. Do I need to go for a correction deed?

Difference between agreement to sell and agreement for sale

Are they both same



OR

Agreement for Sale and Sale deed are same???

Bank refusing to issue dd after sale deed.

My sale did is over but bank is refusing to issue me DD as per payment condition. What should i do if bank did not issue DD. How can I cancel sale deed. Only 25% payment is received, re.aining was expected to be paid through home loan from bank. After execution of sale did. Bank asking for some more documents to issue DD.

Inheritance of property

Dear sir,
One Industrial corporation has allotted one Industrial plot for trading activity in the name of M/s Mohammad Traders. Later sale deed was executed in the name of Proprietor. There after Proprietor expired. Then wife & children of Proprietor along with brothers of Proprietor has executed Registered partition deed. As per which above industrial plot was allocated to one of brother of Proprietor. Now he approached industrial corporation for mutation. In the application for mutation he submitted plot will be used for rice mill. Industrial corporation has mutated plot in the name of M/s basha rice mill represented by proprietor Basha. As per property tax paid receipt name of owner is M/s basha rice mill.
Query:
1.Now the plot is in the name of Basha or M/s Basha rice mill represented by proprietor basha
2.As per partition deed plot was transferred in the name of basha where as mutation done in firm name.
3.As the original owner was deceased, property should be mutated in the name of legal heirs but plot was allocated to brother of deceased. Is there any discrepancy

Transfer of agriculture land as gift by a sc husband

My husband belongs to schedule caste in Uttar Pradesh. I belong to OBC. We had intercaste arranged marriage in 2007 with willing of both side family members proper hindu vivah in presence of around 100 relatives.
Can my husband transfer the agriculture land that was purchased by him to me as a gift? Is it be permitted?

Searching for registered will

Hi

My father and mother jointly wrote a WILL and I am the sole beneficiary. This was kept as a secret within the family. My father passed away last year and my mother broke out the news (about this WILL) to my sister.

Now, my sister says she wants to see the WILL. As per the WILL, it comes into affect only my mother's demise.

Since I and my mother refused to show the document, she says she will search using my dad's PAN in the sub-registrar office. Is it possible?

Are the properties registered with the sub-registrar linked to one's PAN?
