Dear Sirs,
A society registered under the Karnataka Societies Act 1960 with nine members among whom the following are designated
1. President
2. Vice President
3. Secretary
4. Joint Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Joint Treasurer
7. Executive Committee Member
8. Executive Committee Member
9. Executive Committee Member
In the above instance will sl no 1 to 6 be the office bearers or sl no 1,3 and 5 be the office bearers ( President, Secretary, and Treasurer)
Secondly, is it mandatory to authorize 1 to 6 for bank operations or only President Secretary, and Treasurer?
Thirdly, the society has only 9 members and all nine are on the executive committee. Do all 9 members also constitute a general body
Fourthly, out of 9 at least 5 members would like to resign due to their health and personal reasons, can we appoint new members in their place immediately in the same meeting by passing the resolution? Is it mandatory to first admit as members then induct to the membership and later to the executive committee.
Fifthly, should the resignation of executive members be passed in the executive committee meeting/general body meeting, or in the special meeting?
Does it create any problem to accept and appoint mass members in a single meeting? or what could be the best solution to avoid any complications in the future.
Appreciate your kind guidance in this matter
On of my cousin had transferred a piece of land to someone on rs 20/- bond paper few years back in written form. We have come to know regarding this very recently.

Dear Sir,
My father bought a flat from someone else in a gated society in UP before COVID.
I unfortunately lost him during COVID and now when I thought of transferring the flat on my name, I came to know that my father was the third buyer of that flat.
Buyer ONE bought the flat and paid the dues in full, then buyer TWO bought the flat from him and did not pay transfer charges to builder before selling that to my father. Now when I have asked builder to transfer the flat on my name, the builder is asking for escalated transfer charges according to new prices and that also in double since the second buyer did not pay those charges to them.
How can I be legally responsible to pay transfer charges of old owner and is there a limit to transfer charges or it is on free demand. Because before covid it was 50K and now they are asking 1.5Lac per transfer.
Can I object to this in any way and get the flat transferred on my name with NIL or minimum charges?
Please advise.
Warm Regards,
Amit
I purchased a resale flat in Sep-23, got registered and got khata transferred in my name. The condition in the sale agreement is the seller has to give possession by 15-11-2023 else she become defaulter and liable to pay penalty to the purchaser. Also pay rent of rs.20k per month for the period beyond due date of handing over the possession. Now the seller still not vacated and handing over the possession. He is ready to give possession after 2-3 months with payment of rent, but not ready to pay penalty.
How to move legally.
Your earliest valuable answers appreciated.

Dear sir/madam
I had given D.EL.ED.(Two year course, session 2017-2019) fourth (Final) semester exam in November 2019.My final result declared on 06 February 2020.My Final marksheet issued in 2020.
I want to know that what would be my passing year?
My mother and two brothers own 7 acres of land which is road facing in their name without clear demarcations. My late father had promised to his two daughters that he will give 1 acre each from these 7 acres of land. Now that he is nomore, and we asked for that 1 acre, after years of arguments, they got scared that we might go to court and ask for equal division of land, they agreed to transfer 1 acres land to me and my sister, as a gift deed from my mother.
When we looked at the documents, we saw the two acres were demarcared at the farthest corner of the entire patch of land with no road side exposure, so no way to enter into the land. When asked for some piece of road side land, they are again arguing, that you should take whatever is being given. We don't to divide the land in 4 parts, we just want our fair share of 1 acre which has some road exposure, how can we ensure this division?

My seller is having original document year 2015. No other chain document. This land belongs to his husband and he didn't transfer his title thru any document. After his death and release from their 4 sons she got the rights over the land. Her husband got this land thru general possession (pothu swatheenam). Can I buy this property? If so what other document will I need to be legally safe.
