First of all thank you having a club like this.
This is regarding an event happened today. I was riding my 2-wheeler and from nowhere water splashed on me. For my surprise it was from the windscreen water jet from a car to the left of me. it was persistent for about 5-7 seconds and then he/she drove the car in greater speed. I increased the speed and followed him/her. At one point I brought my vehicle in front of his/her car and realized that he was using his mobile. He too stopped the vehicle and I mentioned it to him that because of his negligence water splashed on me. He was, needless to say, unapologetic and mentioned that what could he do. The important part comes here. I used two bad words. I moved towards my vehicle and clicked a photo of his car.
My query are as following:
1) Can I file a case against him for using mobile while driving? I do not have a video or a photo for this. The only proof is that the water splashed because he was using his mobile while driving.
2) What punishment will I be having since I used two bad words?
3) When I file a case the Police usually asks for my address. Is there a law wherein they are not supposed to mention my details (address or number) to that person/party against whom I file a case? I do not mind being there in person. My only issue is my address should not be mentioned.

The mother-in-law did not allow her to visit neighbourer or to go to see pictures. the daughter-in-law resented all this. A male child however was born of this wedlock on 30 august. The main allegation of the husband , was that from, the very beginning the wife did not live to live with-in-laws in joint family. she used to behave in peculiar manner and always created ugly seen,indulged in quarrels and taunting and ultimately forced husband to shift to a government alloted quarters live separately from other family membersbut according to him even then her behavior continued to be same. it as also alleged that husband suffered a nervous breakdown nad was admiited to hospita because of her behaviour ..the husband filed a dovorce petition on ground of menta cruelty and wife denied allegations .

i am living in joint property in the name of my husband and me alongwith my 5 year old daughter and senior citizen parents. I have been paying the EMI of this house for last 2 years since i separated from husband.
though the DV court has ordered my husband to pay monthly amount he has not been paying the same. arrears are now for almost a year. The courts are not taking any action against him.
Question:
My father has been bearing all the expenses for household since i am not able to manage EMI and son s expenses etc in my salary.
Since my parents are staying with me and the additional expenses of me and my kid is also becoming a burden for them, can they rent out their vacant flat in order to get some additional income for monthly expenses? It is my father s self acquired property. Can my husband use it in court to reduce maintenance?

Sir, i have lost my wallet which carries PAN card, Driving licence, Motercycle RC.
CurrentIy I don't have the insurance and PUC of my motercycle also.
To apply for reissuing of RC, i need to have valid Insurance and PUC done.
please help to guide me the procedure if i do not have valid insurance and PUC, how could i reissue the RC.

What are the working hours in ports in India, more particularly in major ports, what is the leave quantum available to them, how much hours they are expected to work in a week.

My brother in law's wife filed a false 498 against him, me and my wife. We have got my and my wife's name removed from chargesheet(thats what our lawyer confirmed). Only my brother in law and father inlaw's name is in chargesheet. Our lawyer doesn't ans in a convincing manner hence checking here- what should by me and my wife's next step?Not to worry as name is removed or file for quashing? Can we be asked by the court to appear duri g trial?
