Name removed from 498a chargesheet

My brother in law's wife filed a false 498 against him, me and my wife. We have got my and my wife's name removed from chargesheet(thats what our lawyer confirmed). Only my brother in law and father inlaw's name is in chargesheet. Our lawyer doesn't ans in a convincing manner hence checking here- what should by me and my wife's next step?Not to worry as name is removed or file for quashing? Can we be asked by the court to appear duri g trial?

Check with the court details of chargesheet if you're names exists in it or not.
The complainant wife can always move application for adding your names in chargesheet by providing additional evidence against you in the court if the names were removed in the original chargesheet by the police.

YOUR BROTHER IN LAW'S WIFE MAY AGAIN AGAIN PRODUCE OR ADDUCE ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE AGAINST YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND AND FILE AFRESH CHARGE SHEET. check With THE COURT WHETHER YOUR NAMES OR THERE OR NOT IN THE FRESH CHARGE SHEET.or File IN hIGHCOURT FOR QUASHING OF FRESH CHARGE SHEET WHICH IS FALSE AND BASELESS.through a writ of Habeas Corpus. against police.

Quashing petition of FIR/Charge sheet against you in the High Court can be filed only if your name exists in the Charge sheet presented by the police or added by the trail court later on not otherwise if your name is not there.
