Can we consider ballast (like the one used in tubelight / lamp, commonly called choke) as e-waste? Does the present rules on E-Waste Management, 2016, India, talks about considering other technically called e-waste (like, ballast) along with e-waste mentioned in the Schedule-I of these rules? Kindly provide the supporting statement or document.

I am staying in a co-op housing society in Mira Road-Thane.
Here the builder has allocated an open car parking to two residents on a ground level water tank. Is it allowed legally to park your vehicle on the water tank?

My grand father got agricalture Land by allotment due to having possession on land in 1949, and the agricalture land was devided in three sons of my grand father including my father,
The property is "ancestral property" , " coparcenary Property " or " Self aquired Property "

Hi,
Is it mandatory to attend all the accused in 498a in examination stage?
one of the accused ran away to abroad and not coming to court and dragging the case to avoid the jailing.
Is there any way to cancel his AB and give NBW or look out notice or red corner notice?

We have signed a family settlement in 1994 by which a plot of land was to be transferred to me. This family settlement was set aside on an appeal and reconfirmed after a few years setting aside the appeal.
After the setting aside of the appeal, I have applied to the sub-registrar to transfer the land to me in accordance to the family settlement.
Please advise as to what will be the value of the land for stamp duty i.e. as in 1994 or as today. Please quote section of the law or provide a case law.

Notice under crpc 160
I have received notice for attending investigation in crpc 160. The case under which i was summoned is written as section 363 u/s 364a/307. I have not a slight idea about that case and i had never involved in any criminal case. Recently i lost my mobile, a had submitted a written application for which in police station. Do i have been summoned because anybody misused it? I don't know what to do People are saying me that they'll falsely accuse me.
