I was the gurantor of my father loan account declared NPA bank sold both of my properties. Now my name is in ECGC SAL . As I have already suffered can I claim the relived or bank can further claim from me the remaining dues. Pls suggest

Dear sir,
My sister has applied for divorce, and his Advocate summoned her husband, but get no response. Now her Advocate has demanded extra 8000rs excluding his fee, for publication in newspaper to exparte her husband in court. Is it necessary to publication in newspaper. My sister and father cannot afford advocates hefty expenditures. Please advise us

Plantiff has submitted photo copies of police complaint in DV case initially however has denied the police complaint (documents )in other cases.I need to read these documents as evidence in other cases as well as DV case as they are completely fabricated. The documents ie police complaints are not exhibited in the DV case ,can I use it as evidence to prove my case ?

I have been married on jul 2011. I've one daughter aged 5 years. I and wife are living separate since 2014. My inlaws had filed FIR under 498A and Domestic Violence case in Agra for my family. We had taken Bail from Agra court and send petition to ALLAHABAD HC for relief. Thereafter we had gone through mediation in ALLAHABAD but in vain. And DV case is going in Agra court. I'm giving maintenance to wife for last couple of years via Agra court.
Issue : My wife & inlaws are not ready for any compromise. Truely speaking they are expecting atleast 50% of our house cost and nothing. They are harassing us continously. I used to go to Agra court regularly on dates but as she is local to Agra she would not come.
Advice : I am seeking legal advice on how to get relief from them. I want divorce but they are not ready. They only want to harass us and looking opportunity to send my wife back to our home for torturing us. I have only mother as my father got expired. I have 1 sister who is married and no brother. Can we get DV case transferred to Ghaziabad court from Agra so that atleast they do not make fun of law & court...and i get little bit relief...?
Secondly is there any way to get permanent relief from them?
They are worst people w/o any sense as they do have any good intentions they want only money from us. They are inhuman and want to snatch our house.

Query regarding a public charitable trust .The trust is operating since last 5 years. Now the trust is applying for 12A REGISTRATION. Incometax Deptt wanted to insert two cluses ; Irevocability clause & dissolution clause in trst deed. My point is 1- What is the procedure of amendment .Whether suplementary trust deed inserting the cluses is possible or New trust deed needs to be made.
2- What will be the regd fees ?
3 My corpus fund at the time of original trust deed was Rs 1.11 lakhs. Now the corpus fund is 28lakhs.

we a group of people want to from a agriculture society. the society's objectives will be to purchase land an do farming / agri related business like dairy, cultivation of crops, eco tourism, manufacturing of panchgavya medicines etc. We all reside in mumbai city. My question is ,can we form a group and register as a society, if yes, what kind o society. And can we purchase land in the name of the Society.

Hi.i have a clarification on Fee percentage. My brother in law met with an accident in the year 2014 and now case has been settled few days back with interest awarded 9 lakshs but initially when advocte contacted us he sd will be taking max 5 percentage of the amonut but now he is asking 35 percentage which is not at all accrptable. Because We spent almost 6 lakhs for the hospital and still he has the rod in left leg which needs to be removed which costs 1.5 lakhs he promised that case will be awarded between 18 to 20 lakhs for medical expences and his disabliity happened because of the accident which is not awarded that amount.Please advice ln this regarding the percentage
