a company issued a cheque signed by the managing director and the managing director resigned the job and the cheque given by the company bounced and now what is the fate of the complainant.thanq in advance experts for your valuable advice.

1.We 40 LDA appointed in 2011 under Direct Recruitment Quota in the PB-I (Band Pay 8210/-) with Grade Pay 3500/-. After imparting annual increment it becomes in May 2016 (Band Pay 9710/-) with Grade Pay 3500/-.
2. A Routine Clerk who appointed in Service in 1988 have been given promotion in May 2016, to the post of LDA and pay was fixed as (Band Pay 14390/-) with Grade Pay 3500/-.
3. It is to mention here that the appointment process for the post of LDA in 80% seat is filled by Direct Recruitment and 20% seats is reserved for
Routine Clerk for promotion to the post of LDA after completing a Departmental Exam.
4. My Query is that " Is 40 LDA, who have
been appointed in 2011, eligible to step up their pay as junior LDA in Gradation List.

Is there any need to serve notice on the tenant regarding eviction on the ground of eviction for bona fife need before approaching the rent controller??

Sir, Six months back I had been issued a CRS from the PSU BANK based on the borrowers allegations that officer received commission from borrower through cashier in the Domestic inquiry of bank. I have submitted appeal but it is rejected. What shall i do to get back to bank again?

i am student of ca final and aggrieved by the way of answers evaluation by copy checker and when i called my answer books i found the discrepancies.latter i filled objection but icai does not admit their own mistakes, discrepancies.
icai controls the result by way of using the regulation 39(2).

Sir my question is one person has filled a civil suite on me with particular matter and demanded stay on my project. But court has rejected his stay application . And now the case is on issue stage. Now the same person has approach the local police station with same material and want to file criminal case on me. Is this possible .

My sister field sec 125 but she got judgement from the court . Court order to her husband to give maintanence to her son not my sister . But my sister was appeal for maintanence to herself & her son.
My question is now what we do ?
The execution date was 20 th December . Our advocate told us he done that on 20 th December . But we have little doubt on our advocate . Now tell me in case if our Advocate didn't appeal for execution on 20 th December can we appeal to the court for execution at now ?

Without declaration pray money suit can be filed
dear sir, i have question for that, plaintiff has file civil suit for recovery of his bill amount which is due from defendant and plaintiff had not pray for declaration of his bill amount and only pray that defendant pay our due amount. this civil suit is tenable ?
